Two really excellent experiences of customer service.
1. I was helping a friend make an order and accidentally we ordered menthol mania in 6mg instead of 24 mg. used the help desk thing and they fixed it easy peasy.
2. I received a micro stretch vision that had been damaged. They verified the conditions and agreed to credit me for the item in question.
I haven't really had problems with them through several orders, just these two, and one was my own fault. But they took care of it for me anyway.
So thanks guys, you haven't just got me as a returning customer, you've got my buddy who was making his very first ecig purchase.
