Just thought I would post this to let you know my experience with Gotvapes. I have noticed if you are praising their product, or you have pre-sales questions, they seem to get back to you right away. If you are contacting them with a problem, you are lucky if you get a response! I wrote an email telling them I liked the sapphire bud. At first it seemed like a great product. They were all over it and apprciated the postive contact, The next day, I noticed that the wick was floating in my my juice on two of them. I wanted to know if this was a known condition or not. I never heard back.. that was 3 days or so ago.
So just an FYI, if you order from them and have some issues, expect little to no contact. This is not the first time I have tried to get some help from them and received none.
