Hey all,

Just thought I would post this to let you know my experience with Gotvapes. I have noticed if you are praising their product, or you have pre-sales questions, they seem to get back to you right away. If you are contacting them with a problem, you are lucky if you get a response! I wrote an email telling them I liked the sapphire bud. At first it seemed like a great product. They were all over it and apprciated the postive contact, The next day, I noticed that the wick was floating in my my juice on two of them. I wanted to know if this was a known condition or not. I never heard back.. that was 3 days or so ago.

So just an FYI, if you order from them and have some issues, expect little to no contact. This is not the first time I have tried to get some help from them and received none.

have you tried our forum, cause im looking and i dont see you there, if you emailed daniel and he responded I dont see the issue, we havent had that issue with the sapphires and if you had a issue with a sapphire you could of asked for a rma.


we have a forum for all your questions.

your not going to get a further repsonce on that if daniel is busy, thats what the forum is for or pm's which you havent done, emails come in by the dozens and you where responded to quickly the first time, so again not sure what your crying about.

when you say stupid things like that without thinking you make yourself look bad not us, we handle more people then you realize and take care of our customers.
you have 4 ways of reaching us, there is a number on our business card, there is our forum, but you got your first response and are going on about not getting a second responce, either you want the product exchanged or you dont, all other questions regarding basic stuff can be handled LIVE in the forum.

you arent waiting for a exchange but simply asking a question and your getting ...... over that, grow up

Edit: I do have more to say. I was responded to after my first email, very true. I think I stated something similar to that in my first post. So what you are saying is that follow up questions will be ignored. How about responding to the follow up email with.. no, the wick should not be floating and we will happily send you out a couple new ones for your troubles.. OR, HOW ABOUT JUST RESPONDING TO A FOLLOW UP EMAIL. Posting ina forum a problem I am having with a product does nothing for me... I went to the "Customer Support" Page and "GOT no support"

So ya, i trash your products and call them sub par because that is what I have seen. I buy the Sapphire bud. Works great on Day one and two fail on day two... to me that is a sub par product. Especially since one of your other emails told me they should last a week or more.

we have 100 of emails daily, if you didnt get a responce you could have contacted us in our forum plain and simple, you have no excuse, you posted here so you could have posted in our forum and recieved your help.

By the way douche, daniel is having heart issue, again not your problem , so once again, there was no reason for your stupid name calling becuase you didnt get a repsonce

thats on you, there is no exchanges on cartomizers , no returns, it says so on the site , i dont have the time to assume how you vape and what caused your issue. You didnt reach out to me so i couldnt of helped you, instead you had the time to come here and not reach me.

we are on our forums every day, we get tons of emails everyday, if your second email was skipped becuase of daniels health issue then for that i do aplogize but like i said you came here to ..... but you said coming to our forum wont help you. thats your issue not mine, everyone else comes to our forum and gets help.

Why would I rip Phillip Morris, I chose to smoke. Also, I can not rip them as there product always opened, lit up and smoked fine... If they didn't it was because I dropped em in water... that is what we call a user error and not a sub par product. Enjoy your evening.

From what I can tell from your avatar, you are a good looking guy. Let's just let this thread die. Others will look for reviews of your company and see how you talked to me on a personal level. I might have said "Sub Par and over priced", but that is an accurate description of what I experienced. I received a dud product (hence sub par) and have seen the Bud cheaper elsewhere (overpriced). Nuff' said.

im not worried about others, we have a forum , we can rate how we are doing , we have our reviews as well, we also have youtube to measure our service, trust me, we are far form bad, as a matter of fact we have only had about 4 major issues in close to a year and all of them did what you did, come here, defame us and then tell us , "it got your attention though"". have a nice weekend and good luck in your vaping adventure.

you now how you would of really got my attention, contacting me through pm, my email, my number on the card or coming ot the forum and saying hey the product isnt working can someone help me.

but no you chose this route and thats why others will be weary of you, not me.

I systematically go through every email usually at least every 24 hours, sometimes alot less, sotimes a lil more depending...

Then for you to pass judgement because you didn't feel you got a timely enough response is just out of line... We are humans not the proverbial 'Peggy' who gives canned responses when you start a thread like this. We will push back, make no doubt about that. Chris took umgrage as well he should have...

If you didn't get a response back from me it couldn't have been no more than 24-36 hours then for you to make such an obnxious thread like this? Its just incredible the human condition at times. We see it all including an individual last week that wanted a discount on our already clearnace 510 CE2 solids, saying he didn't need the mouthpiece or syringe tip so could he get a discount. This is what I responded:

"No--they come in the packet and are purchased wholesale with them- also these are already market down pretty much...

This is just a sampling sometimes of what we deal with...

We are two self-employed entreprenuers. Neither of us has taken a cent out of GotVapes, continually investing it back in to the site. I am a graphics designer and I live off that business. Chris has various private enterprenuerial concerns as well. Then for you to come into our forum and start a thread like that was a bit much...we will push back as aggressively, against an obnoxious comment or action, commiserate to how far we will bend over backwards on the opposite end of the spectrum.



edit: and thanks for the well wishes...I am ok its just that at times I need to slow down a bit...
