I ordered a GoGo kit a few weeks back and shortly after one of the batteries failed. I contacted GotVapes using their support ticket system and initially was not given the type of support I would have liked. After some further discussion GotVapes ended up sending me a new battery, postage paid, to replace the defective one. I offered to send back the old one at my expense and was told I did not need to.
While I may not have got the level of support I expected initially, in the end GotVapes acted in the best interests of me as a customer and I commend the company for doing the right thing.
