I'm posting this based on two requests to Gotvapes to address problems with products I purchased from them that were never resolved. I've also waited several weeks to allow Gotvapes ample time to address the issues.

On 7/14/11 I purchased a GotVapes eGo Sapphire 650mah 510 kit w/ 3 Sapphires Included. Received the package a few days later, and found one of the Sapphire tanks DOA with a crack in it. I took a photograph of the tank and on 7/18, sent a PM and the picture to badkolo from Gotvapes detailing the issue. He responded and to paraphrase his response, he said that it would be no problem to send me a replacement and that they were working to improve the product. I replied and included my name, address, invoice number from the order, and offered to return the product if they needed to inspect it.

To date, I've never received a replacement or any other communication from them regarding this issue.

On 7/23, one of the two batteries I had purchased was no longer functioning. That evening I sent badkolo another PM regarding this new issue. His short response stated that his associate at Gotvapes, Daniel, would contact me about a replacement.

Once again, that was the last communication I've had about this problem.

Just to reiterate, within the first week of owning this kit purchased from Gotvapes, I had problems with 2 of the items that rendered them unusable. I contacted badkolo both times, and both times was told a replacement would be sent. I've not received a replacement for either item, nor have I had any further communication from badkolo or Gotvapes. My requests for assistance, while not initially ignored, seem to have been completely forgotten about by this company. I don't think it will come as a surprise to anyone reading this that my first order with Gotvapes, will also be my last. Gotvapes brings some innovative products to the people and gets everyone excited to have these new items. However, from my perspective, once I made my purchase the customer service was non-existant and no effort was made on their part to correct either issue.
