Ordered a few things from gotvapes. They made a mistake and sent me an 18650 battery tube instead of the 18350 tube I ordered. At first they asked me to send them back the wrong tube, but I told them to send me a shipping label. After that they just emailed me my tracking number and sent out the correct tube. That entire process was about three days from contact to shipment of my replacement product. So I guess I get to keep the 18650 tube. Just wanna say thank you to gotvapes for doing the right thing.
