In case you didn't see my previous thread I was in a crabby mood and indulging in anger for gotvapes sending me someone else's order.
I slammed them entirely too harshly and my thread got deleted. Which I think is more than appropriate for ecigforums to do. I was speaking out of anger. I'm a Buddhist and I'm not supposed to do that.
They are a company of humans. Not a company of super intelligent cyborgs and with all of these restocks and holiday orders coming in I don't expect them to never make a boo boo.
None the less my intention is to take back what I said.
Gotvapes handled my ticket within a couple of hours and had very friendly and efficient customer service unlike a handful of folks claimed they would(if you can't find more than five negative reviews in one internet search then don't write a supplier off).
I'd like to simply say all that I can as I have to still send them the incorrect package back tomorrow.
But I can say with absolute certainty gotvapes has the fastest shipping of any hardware supplier I have used. They have amazing pricing and seem to actual stay in stock of my beloved vivi novas very often. They of course have great customer service as well.
I know most of you reading this are probably thinking "Duh". But I wanted a little redemption from the harshness I threw at them without giving them a chance. And to also salute their pros.
