So last week, on my second order placed, I received the wrong type of fluxomizers. I immediately contacted Daniel at GotVapes, and in less than 24 hours replacements were mailed to me. He asked if I could return the wrong items, and reimbursed me for the S&H plus gave me a 5% off coupon on my next order just for the hassle. All in all, I gotta say I'm very happy with their customer service and will definitely order from them again
