I've placed 4 different orders through them and I've been pleased every time with how fast they ship. I'm USAF stationed in Korea so I always place my orders right before I go to sleep and by the time I wake up I always have a tracking number.
I also had an issue with an SLB Ego-V V2. It was stuck at 4.6 volts. I contacted them through their CRM and got quick replies from Daniel...ultimately he said I can send it back when I can (not sure if I get reimbursed for shipping though).
