I have to agree there...I had some time and rebuilt 6 heads last night and they all gurgle after sitting for 5 minutes. Those first couple horks are the bomb tho lol

The trick in no gurgling is that the slit has to be filled (...giggity) That's what is great about cotton. It absorbs well so getting enough filler in there usually isn't an issue.
The hemp I put in my Mini wasn't enough and gurgle, gurgle spit. Eww.

Just a model number. 5's have higher amp rating than 4's. I dunno what it is exactly, just know there are green sony 30 amp 18650s that usually cost as much as 2 red efests. I doubt any of us are into super low resistance and lung hitting. That stuffs for cloud chasers, not connoisseurs IMHO.

So true lmao...I use cotton, maybe I need moar. I saw a rebuild on yt where he put a piece of cotton under the coil as well as through and on top. Seem excessive, but at this point I'll try anything....my precious honey pearry is in there waiting on me.

Yeah... It's a balancing act but for me, once I have it, I reuse the hell out of the head until I need to rebuild it. I have several of these heads so I tend to try to use similar flavors when I change my tank so the flavor creep isn't too bad. For everything else, there's cartos.

I'm doing Inawera,( EU flavors from Poland) Some are very good but those flavors are so unique as in their fruits. I think they are genius at tobacco flavors. I even have the bases. The one I'm sending Lavender is just a month old now and should be about ready. Yep, they take that long to develop. Worth it in the end though imo.

Nope. She has around 10 untried flavors sittin in her juice box. I almost always get samples in 0 so we can both try them. The silica shortage and the fact she just does it because she can have made her back off on it lately. Now that I have a ton of silica maybe shell try some of her new things. Plus, I dont think weve found her happy spot as far as resistance.. She wanted custard matter from MA (she wanted to try a custard flavor and MA was the only one I knew of w no diketones.) I got her a bottle from giantvapes, and she said it tasted burnt... When I tasted it, all i tasted was custard flavor. I need to start makin 1.5-2 ohm wicks for her. She grabbed one of the .8s last time and complained about 2 of the flavors she usually likes.

The Mini Protank, for whatever reason, I like around the 1.5 range which is low. It's smaller so you'd think it'd be the opposite but I don't know. Maybe it's the dual wicks?

Its Oba Oba, Hypnotic and sweetener (Sucralose, not ethyl Maltol) (it was meant to be... LOL)
Oba oba is a kind of marshmallow/cream kind of flavor. Hypnotic is a citrus alcohol. I really like it. I actually need to make me some. It was my ADV for a while. It's mellow.

It's my first coffee. It's ok by itself I suppose, that's why I added frenilla. I need to find one that's good by itself. .

I have tried lots of them and most just are too strong for me I guess I just want like a hint of coffee. Strange because I LOVE coffee, but that just goes to show you. I tell new vapers especially ones that find themselves picky to try everything they can get there hands on some things that I love to vape I would have never tried but my desperation to find vapeable juice sent me to places I may not have gone if "vanilla" or "strawberry" had done it for me. I never even considered a tobacco in the beginning and lost a lot of time and trouble they are my favorite vape category.

Works great for me. No problems at all. I like the air control.

I tell everyone the 10 inc shipping I payed for my two aerotank bases for my protanks was some of the best vape money Ive spent!

Maybe I should have gone with that instead. My Protank experience just made me not even want to try.

Anyone tried Black and White Cookie? Rin, it seems like you have mentioned it. It's the special this month and I want to get more 'twas Brillig at some point.

Black and White cookie is very good and AiV doesn't run sales so the juice of the month is about the best you are gonna get. It tastes pretty much like a good frosted cookie not overly sweet. nice dessert vape

Yeah, it was the sample they sent with my last order. It's ok... but nothing special. Again, it's that cream thing. The chocolate part is good but the cream part, meh. Not a purchase for me.

I use my vv3 everyday. Works great with mini pt2

I typically suggest this exact set up for beginners over the twist/evod route but that's a close second if they balk at the price on the mini pt and vv3 combo

Poor protank.
Mine's finally getting love again because I re-wicked it with bamboo wick and it's tasting great. Much better than silica, Ekowool or ReadyWick. I would say it's about on par with cotton (as far as the Protank goes).
The hemp in the Mini Protank, I think, was a fail though. I will mess more with it tomorrow. Maybe.

The most D looking setup I ever used was a small 14500 mech w/an IGO w4 if someone photoshoped it flesh tone it would look just like one without the added hanging equipment.

For those having problems rebuilding their own protank heads if you would like help via Skype or FaceTime, I pretty much have it down to a science. I never have flooding or dry hits. making your own flavor wicks if you are flooding can help with this until you get it down. If you have simply overprimed take the bottom off, twist up the corner of a paper towel and soak up whatever overage may be in the chimney.
