Ive always preferred cooler vapes, I use a super long drip tip, hated the vape on a genny etc. What changed for you. Idk what the deal is with the REO, idk if its a learning curve on the mech aspect or what. I really think that's what it is I need to find like a fruity sweet spot and a Tobacco sweet spot, Im just recently getting into the really creamier stuff so I don't even know my regulated sweet spot so no idea for the mech. I keep saying I am going to just get a regular mech and another dripper that that may help me. I don't want to not enjoy my juices all summer even on a REO, yes I bought it for convenience its A number 1 purpose is for outdoor activites etc with the kids this summer because its convenient and tough, if anything happens to it internally all the parts are very easily and cheaply replaced. Fore example today my last bit of Angel Sauce is what I took to graduation (it was outside so we vaped cops didn't say anything so I guess it was ok?) and it tasted like just warm fruit. I typically run my coils at around 1.8 ohms and fruits about 7.5-8w and tobaccos etc at 9w so when I looked at the charts it looked like using the same coil I usually do would put me in that ball part. I guess its gonna be more exacting that I expected. I also tried micro coil on it, ive never had much success with micro coils in general but since this thing is so tiny I guess I thought it had to be a micro, finally gave up and just did the exact coil I do everyday......fruits really never come off right in it and tobaccos usually do kinda. I know it sounds crazy but the fact that this atty is so small have something to do with it or that I have a bigger airhole drilled into my others. I like an airier draw but its drawing fine and I don't want to make a mistake and have to replace my rm@ it its expensive!
got the vape meh's and have for a few days, haven't even bought anything from any of these sales. I put a post out asking what others bought hoping for some ideas but I didn't get much of a response. People out having real lives, I am currently chained to my desk and no bs I think I brought 20 flavors with me tonight. I filled my usual little box up then started shoving bottles in the pockets lol. Maybe I do have a problem, all that for 10 hours

Sorry to hear about the mehs. I'm awaiting trade vapemail, so at the moment I'm in the same boat kinda, just vaping my "I'll vape it, but I don't have to like it" stash. The incoming should be pretty good though.
And on the coil thing. Wouldn't a higher resistance coil make a cooler vape for you? sure seems that way for the ones I play around with.

and for what it's worth, coming from a newbie like me, my 3 wire twisted 32g micro coil seems to give awesome fruit

. I usually stick with the ProVape peeps (although I'm no Provari elitist) but I have some awesome friends on here so I'm venturing out. Fun group. yeah Im just not used to having it for more than a random day here and there its been days now. I have some stuff coming but not much. I went ahead and placed an Ahlusion order but didn't get much. couldn't pass up 20% off though I even picked up a sample for the hubby since he has decided he doesn't like Ahlusion to show him that he just made a mistake on his first order, I really believe that's all it is. Yes of course a higher resistance would and that's my next move is to try again but I really don't have time for equipment that every new juice I put in I am going to have to play with the coil to get it right, that's gonna get redundant real quick. I can be ok with 2 different coils but not every single time.
Well I have never had a lot of luck with fruits so I am not happy that the few I like taste like crap on this thing! I really thought I would crave the fruits more since they are lighter and its getting hot. Some days that's true but not really the case so far. It just started getting hot here recently though.

Well heres to branching out. Its a great group we have hear. They get to arguing here and there but its because we are all passionate people and most pretty darn strong willed. That's also what makes these guys really great. I think most would agree we have kinda become a vape family but we welcome new members just like any family!! Glad you strolled in, seems like many know you already so you must be good people!
I have one that has been drilled bigger. I didn't know that when I bought it. I don't like it but I've never liked how airy all my drippers are so it's probably just me. Anyway, point is, when I asked about it on thee REO forum, they told me you can buy just the top from Rob but you have to send him the base to have the hole put in the right place. Just in case you do drill yours bigger and don't like it. It's less expensive than a whole new REO.
I do think this is why I don't use my pink and white one much, though.

Some guy at a vape shop drilled my lid to my IGOw to bog. I put a cut piece of duct tape over 90% of the hole. I hear you can use JB weld but I need one of those vape fairies (assistants) that would fix it for me. That would be the same vape fairy that came every night and built me a few coils. I am getting better at it and have mastered the micro now. Never did like using my torch but I just hold it over a candle with a pair of really long tweezers

Is that the first 3 months? lol because I think everyone goes a little crazy then. Otherwise I think we all go a little nuts when we can afford to. I have had a pretty strict vape budget for awhile now due to cutbacks at work. No more $100 orders that's for sure. The money I got cut took away every bit of extra money I had so now (unless I have extra for whatever reason) Im only allowed to spend what I did smoking and I try to spend less and lately have been. I also try to catch the sales and pick up juice when its around 50c per ml and under for the premium ones I buy. Unfortunately there are a few I love that don't really do sales Nicoticket and Alice in Vapeland come to mind. I never ordered from NT until a couple weeks ago because I kept waiting for a sale lol
