I just received a email CASAA that Governor Nixon was presented with an opportunity to sign into law a commonsense bill prohibiting sales of e-cigarettes to minors. However, due to pressure from "public health" groups trumpeting ideology over science, he opted to veto SB841. Why would he veto such a bill?
