Yes, insert the needle in one of the holes to the side; here's a post on cleaning, hth!

I just removed the cup seal using a dental tool, being careful not to touch the coil with the tool, rinsed with hot water under low pressure a few times and set aside to dry overnight. The next day, I dry burned with 5 second pulses until the coil burned red, let it cool off, put a drop of juice on the coil to prime and put it back together. Just like new.

that pretty much sums it up.

If you dont have a dental tool...a fork, or other tool could be used.

But stressed on the point of not damaging the coil.
Dry burns are pretty much key, and once you get the hang of it
CE2s could be the new love of your life...umm just some funny words there!

The price of CE2s are an issue with new users, but their lifespan
is similar to an atomizer rather than disposable cartomizer.
There is the need to clean, but that is the same for atomizers also.

Dry burn...... rinse all remaining liquid out and either dry out or let dry.
Then place on a batt and power it up.
I do 5+ second bursts and repeat until coil glows.
I still go until all vapor is non existent.
Then you can put back together and fill and vape!

Only dry burn with the silicone removed.
It gets hot, and it could spread.....also keep your fingers out!

OH NOooooooooo......
I got out my juice and syringe, went to inject the good stuff and SPLURT!
The juice won't go in :(
The small hole, to the side of the large center hole, is there but does not go through. I tried dripping into the same hole and was again denied, wahhh.

I don't wan't to do anything rash until I hear from someone who knows more than I do about this. That means just about anyone can chime in here ;)

The syringe might need to be wiggled around to get it in the hole.
You just didnt get it in....(we are talking about filling a H-mizer here, stop thinking else wise)

If all else fails, you can try to pull out the whole silicone piece to fill up.
Just remember to line up those notches (on the bottom of silicone) with the wicks....to allow proper wicking.

Hi Fox, I have filled my humongomizer now for the third time with the large 5mL ez refill tool. On mine the hole only goes through the first silicone plug.On the second silicone layer I have "finessed" the tip of the needle around. Think pointed toward the outer side wall of the ce tube... kinda [/]..... I have only had to fill it a couple of times so far but it does blow away the other ce2s as far as flavor and draw. Thanks again for another great product Rob.

How much force is needed to get the silicone out i was trying with a paper clip and it was bending and the plug was not moving. Don't want to break it but I want to swap juice flavors and i need to clean it. Also this is the plug at the top we are talking about I was looking on YouTube and it seems a lot of ce2's pull apart at the bottom. I guess these do not.

These can pull from the bottom like other CE2s, but I would not recommend that way.

You would need something stronger than a paper clip.
I always resort to a fork, yeah a dinner fork from the drawer, lol.

You can use a mini screwdriver or something else that is strong, but
a fork is the best tool for myself.

It may seem tough the first time, but it will slip right out.

After trying to pull the plug out through the top of the shell, I discovered that the shell could be removed upwards so you can see the clear reservoir body and pop the plug right out. Mine was torn up by the smooth dental probe I used. I tore up part of the inner face of the plug and wrecked the tubular projection that seals the atty cup. Now I have to keep it upright.
