The eGo cartomizers are really getting some mixed reviews, but sounds like in general they are great.
With the advanced refilling and possible DOA ones, they are not for everyone.

i just want to reassure for defective ones, please email us, as we can take consideration in this.

I had a DOA in my last box and one in my second box that vaped for about an hour and than started tasting burnt up. The second case isn't DOA as much as bad luck I guess. The one DOA in a box of five didn't bother me as it happens so I didn't bother to contact you about it. Aside from those two cartos, I've never had a problem. The one that burnt up could have been due to the juice that I was using. Ya never know.

Yeah, you do never know between using on HV, different liquids, method of refill, etc.

I am simply stating that if you do experience failures, to please let me know.
Just getting general knowledge of what people are experiencing
