customer service has been so-so for me with Domo. had some problems getting my replacement part and got over charged for the SnP oring kit before they corrected the price on it. emailed couple times about my replacement part and overcharge but didnt hear anything else after i got the replacement part shipped. emailed again and never heard anything else out of them. for the hundreds ive spent there $7 might not mean much i guess. i also only got candy in 2 of my 3 orders, granted the box was stuffed to the max with toys lol

interesting, I got mine from domo this last time around that they came into stock too and had firing issues. slotted pin on a SS. after a lot of fidgeting I took the whole switch apart, cleaned it all out and reassembled. tightening the locking nut tight did the trick for me. it's been about a day but firing great now.

Domo sent me my v2.5 SS this week, fast shipping. A few spare parts also on the order. I liked DOMO's service!! It was fast and simple for me. But even a 7$ issue, is still an issue.. I am sure DOMO will correct any problems you have. I will be purchasing new 2.5 & 2.1 tubes when in stock. Love my paps, it has replaced my JM22 as my daily mod.

What's the best way to remove the top and bottom parts of the SnP without cracking the glass tube. When they are new they have the black o-rings on them and are very tight. Cracked my first and don't want to crack my 2nd SnP that again has the black o-rings.

Also changed the inner o-rings to the red for the Diver but still kind of tight and a slight part of the o-ring seems to get a drop shaved from the edge of the diver being slid through. Any thoughts?

I got mine from Domo also & haven't had a single issue with it at all...love it! Customer service at Domo is top notch, that's for sure.

Now I just wish I had a longer glass tube for my SNP tank, so my Killer would sit flush in it.

Oooh Tyleris! Now gazing. ((()))

I don't know if some remember my problem before, thought it went away for good but didn't.

So when I screw the spheroid on my mods, it gives me a short. What I noticed is that if I tighten it on my mod it does this. Only way for me to get it to work is if I barely screw it on. The problem with that is it literally isn't secure on my mod. Would it be possible that the problem is an insulator that's messed up?

Again when the spheroid was on top, It wasn't like it's screwed on tight, just enough for it to be secure and it was giving me a short. It works perfectly when it's barely touching contacts.

Any suggestions? Thinking this might solve my problem ?

The white insulator, between the +ve pin and the body of the Spheroid's 510 connector could be faulty there. Can u disassemble the base and check it out?

That part is actually what I was guessing that might be giving me problems. From the outside, it looks okay. I have not been able to take it apart. Any tips on removing the bottoms base? I don't have the fork that they sell separately. Tried using tweezers with no luck. I don't have needle nose pliers thin enough that fit in those two holes. Maybe I can find something around the house. It's just screwed on correct?

Here's a guy disassembling the base and cleaning it:

Hey Q, btw, I used the amount of sera wool you suggested in this thread or the tips and tricks thread and now love my spheroid. Flavor was very muted before and now it's just full of flavor! Thanks

Thanks bro! I love my Spheroids for their superior flavor... happily vaping them now as I write :)

I will say this about the Spheroid.. It delivers hands down, not even close, the best flavor of any RBA I have used..

I thought the Kayfun was awesome (and it is) but it does not even compare to the Spheroid in flavor.

Vapor production is about the same but man the Spheroid is a flavor producing machine!

I loaded up a KFL with the exact same juice that I have in the Spheroid and they taste different. The Spheroid makes my taste buds smile!

I actually feel like a fool because it took me so long to finally decide to get one..

The only other RBA that even comes close IMHO is the Diver..

Noticed something today:

After watching the wife fumble around with her SS, I asked what the deal was. Several dead switch issues(non fires). I slapped her Spheroid on another device and sent her vaping.

I tore the SS down, checked all connections, and slapped my KFL on top. Secured the connections, vaped, nothing. Swapped batteries, secured connection, vaped, nothing.

Slapped the KFL back on the Lux, battery in, vaped, bliss.

So my question is, obviously, why the lack of firing with the SS?

Make sure the insulator is seated down in its place and you have tighten well the holding nut. If that fails, send me an email to fix it.

What's the best way to remove the top and bottom parts of the SnP without cracking the glass tube. When they are new they have the black o-rings on them and are very tight. Cracked my first and don't want to crack my 2nd SnP that again has the black o-rings.

Contact me by sending an email to info(at)vapourart.com and from Monday we shall fix it.

Hi Guys,

I am also now having the same problem with the switch on m my SS 2.5 sometimes fire a treat and others not. I have stripped the whole thing apart cleaned everything i can and polished, the brass was getting quite tarnished. But the problem is worse than it was a couple of days ago.
Do i need to put copper grease on this or something?
If i press hard on the switch it usually fires or if i wiggle the button while pressing.

You are absolutely right, send please an email to me and I will forward it to my American reseller to refund you. It was an error and the price's correction was done one hour after his site became online. I am sure he missed your emails.

Take apart the whole base, clean it, check the condition of all insulators and assemble it again. If the issue persists, contact me.

Granted I have only SEEN this & not tried, but inserting the driver tool through the top or bottom cap just enough to poke into the tank, and using it to wiggle loose the cap from the glass housing.

Carefully!

Even slightly wiggling with the driver tool is a ton of pressure on the sides of the glass tank. Personally, I've always just used my fingers. Wiggle one side, wiggle the other.

..I feel like I used the word "wiggle" too many times, and somehow left me feeling a tad feminine at the end of this post.
