I too am looking forward to vape Bash. It seems that you'll have a much farther commute than me (I'm about 20 minutes from O'Hare). I think that vape Bash is a great place for sampling a crapton of different e-liquids, but the hardware doesn't have much appeal to me.

Chad - Tapatalk isn't working for me either. I didn't realize until just now that the web interface was working (lots of posts to catch up on).

Yeah, looking forward to my first VapeBash/Meet. I'm glad it's near me as well can't wait to go e-juice crazy.

I agree not in the market for hardware but anxious to try some new juices. I'm most excited to meet up with my dear kitty friend for the weekend. It's a fun group of people to hang out with. Hopefully the room is a little bigger this year than last years.

Dang I really wish I had some decent questions since I haven't been able to access the forums for days but....nothing, I've got nothing!!! Hmm well maybe Heron will give me questions so that my posts aren't just filled with praise. Ooohh I have a question if I remove the clip on my Piccolo V1 where do I get replacement clips? I'm assuming any ol c-clip of similar size will work and I have thousands floating around. Kind of a cop out question but I'm a clean freak when it comes to my mods. Oh and is there much of a difference in what filler material I use in my spheroid? I've even stuffed it with cotton and it worked just fine but I worry about mold.

At this time, my 'Happy Place' is: Super-T ELA/Super-T Tanbur Tip/18650 or 18500 mode/KFL/Micro-coil/.6 ohms/Cotton Ball Cotton/11mg 100% VG Coffee. The mod is 'hefty'. I like 'hefty'. The atty, is easy and forgiving. I need easy and forgiving. :)

I would like to give this 'very friendly' GP world a try. Please tell me, what do I want to purchase? Either now, or keep my eye out for future availability. Patience, is not an issue.

Any thoughts, would be greatly appreciated. Posts or PMs. Thanks!

I personally think you will be most happy with Heron and X. :)
Don't forget the converter!

I have been known to punch Nuns for smoked ribs.
It was high speed. We had such a fantastic time. Good ol road trip. It was time we secured our future home and that we did. We will have the best of all worlds to us, bordering an ancient cypress forest, ocean smells, sounds and views.
I have this thing about ocean swimming. Love it and hope to soon get back in the water. I will be a bit slower but the allure of the unknown excites me. Here is a pic of a race I used to attend, from Alcatraz island to the SF Bay. In this pic I was a bit hallucinogenic(seriously) as the water temp is a killer and the current carried me to the Golden Gate Bridge and I had to fight it to get back. Finished this swim in 73 minutes (my slowest as I misjudged the current and had a boat checking on me take a pic with a camera I was swimming with)
The boat was wondering what the hell I was doing lol.

I knew I liked you!
Glad you had a good trip! Sounds like you found an incredible place! Any pics?

A common headache may be relieved by rubbing sesame oil and ginger on the forehead. Siberian Cedar oil is miraculous too. Lower the lights inside your room and use f.lux for your computer screen, it will help immensely :)

Get migraines also. Have since I was a kid, though they are less frequent now. Hard to explain the depth of the experience to someone who has never had one. I'll have to try this, and the barefoot to earth. Thanks for the tip Perseas!
Couldn't get the f.lux to work. Said I had to jailbreak my ipad.

If you like that thing, time to upgrade to v2.

Ignore my week old coils, deformed from careless re-wicking half dozen times.

Check out the bore of the stock DT

Any idea where to find one? Seem to be out of stock everywhere I found them.

My first Loop build! Thanks for the tip, Idaho!

The forum is still acting goofy as of this writing. After I post this message, the forum should move me to my post, then I'd click the small link in the part that I quoted to move me back to where I was - it's all broke and not working correctly.

I hate change.

I have it on good authority that things may not be back to normal for another 24 - 48 hrs

How are you guys cleaning your contacts on the X? I usually use braso on the brass, but what about the firing pin?

I don't know if this is recommended, but I always clean my contacts with 500 SS Mesh (the kind used for wicks). I just lay it out flat and rub my contacts on it. Leaves them very clean and shiny, and (so far) has never worn through or anything. One of my mods, I have been doing this for around a year and the contacts are still fine, so I don't think its really wearing at them, just getting the "gunk" off.

Simply use a soft cloth and water or is/alcohol. The thin coating of silver needs no abrasive medium applied!
Remember silver is the only metal that conducts even through its own oxidation unlike brass and others.

*when deep cleaning, I will use a soft toothbrush with simple mild dish soap or just water.

You bruddah, mesh is an old school cleaner for brass contacts. I would not recommend this at all. The silver is only 15-17 microns thick and will wear very fast if not careful! :)

See, that's what I thought too, but its not damaged my other mod (with silver plated contacts) in a year of doing this..

I suppose I'll stop to be on the safe side, though.

Stop it now before you repent !
Like Idaho suggested ~ just the soapy bath is good enough. Silver - jewellery - ring a bell?
