At least your actively giving us updates and detailed responses which is all I ask of any business. I can definitely wait knowing the details rather than being left in the dark.

Hmm, I prefer the direct orders, too much unneeded stress from both sides. Take for example what happened here: we are officially tomorrow up to 29 days, but we didn't take in account our suppliers' needs for the same period. Preorders are good for small numbers solely in my opinion. We did it to save shipping cost for our clients, but it is pretty stressful, we'll continue with direct orders from now on, except special occasions.
We'll raise the shipping limit with registered mail from 30€ το 47€ for the spare parts in a few days.

Till Friday we'll have sent them all, but whoever wants to cancel a pre order before he receives his tracking number, we'll respect his wish and we'll refund him at once.
We need 3 days, maybe less, beyond the initial limit.
We don't play tricks with the tracking numbers. For every DHL waybill we send, the corresponding parcel is sent at the same day. More orders will be sent tomorrow and the day after and a few ones on Thursday and Friday maybe none.

A few days delay maybe it is not a big deal, but for some it may create changes to their plans and I apologise for this.

I think I speak for many and am not sure what you are apologizing for. You are sending out orders as noted long ago.
Having been on the front, middle and back end of your orders, it is no matter. We do not look at this as a race to be the first to hold, we look at it as an opportunity to own the best mod in today's vaping circles. And, by the Heron release and your forward thinking design on the V3 PAPS there is no question. I can prove this without bias....although I love you man.

You have always shown great intestinal fortitude and honesty without a doubt. Especially when you make fun of me , then I know its true!

The majority of us are not vapor crazy lunatics that have to be pampered. We are a family from VW, CV, ECF UK, to VPit and share GP in common.

I remind and challenge you to give Miro a big noogie and laugh with George and say "We did it again".

GP is from design to shipping the best. Don't make me prove it You know I will.

The choice is easy for me. The DHL shipping from Bulgaria is WAY faster than any kind of shipping from the USA to Canada and probably cheaper too.

You're most welcome! We'll proceed from now on with direct orders and the next 7-10 days we'll supply our resellers with GP Heron atties and GP PAPS v3, X mods while the next week we'll release the GP SnP v2 and spares. A week later, our resellers will have them too.

Hello everyone...been busy around here and not even going to try to catch up on the reading...if I missed anything of great importance since last week, just let me know. I've been in grandma mode...teaching myself to sew (books, youtube) and this past weekend completed two adorable night gowns and a sun dress for my granddaughter's Easter. I'm pretty excited...find sewing to be very therapeutic. Getting excited for VapeBash and meeting up with my little kitty friend and Blake. Anyone else here going to attend?

I wasn't the least bit concerned with my preorder w/ Team GP. I knew my order would be treated as though it was the only one placed, though it was among many.

I think I speak for many when I say: "Perseas, I trust you!" Your updates along with consistent appearances calm any anxiety that go hand-in-hand with a preorder.
