You guys wouldn't happen to be in IT? I am and work in the data integration space with a specific software suite... just kicking it around since it would make the annual conferences more interesting and there quite a few bcbs people in the Vegas area in May-ish/June-ish timeframe.

I work as pricing analyst, I coordinate closely with our IT dept though especially now with our ongoing system/data migration :)

Thank's YankeeBro. Youre suggestions will be very helpful (and they are way better than the lack of any other replies). ;)

Well I don't vape GVC in the Heron. I may again. I did once. Now it's my SnP. But I saw NOBODY offering anything so I felt the need. :D

Hmm... as far as liquid pouring out of the airholes - and someone hasn't already answered - you're either overfilling your Spheroid/Heron, or you need more fluff.

I overfill mine on occasion. Mostly because I'm impatient and I don't take it slowly.

Normally I would agree, but I'm probably using slightly too much fluff as it is and it's the same size as is in my other heron which gives me ZERO issues. The fluid started to come out half way through vaping a tank so it definitely wasn't overfilled by the time it started leaking. It's just bizzare to me! Tonight I'm using it without the cotton topper to see what happens. The coil looks to be below the posts but if this solves the problem I know it just needs a rebuild. I just need to give it some quality time which I will have starting tomorrow :) Thanks for your help!

 she wouldn't know the song. And if I played it, I'd just get that look. You know the look. THAT look.

You should still play it if you have it... I did a while back and forgot about some of the very dated 80's references like Spuds McKenzie, Alex from Stroh's....

Yes I'm wondering if that's my problem. I'm going to break it all down this weekend and give everything a good cleaning, then start again. The Heron was pouring juice out of the airflow hole last night so it's all gunky. The weird thing is, you may recall, I was having the same problem with one of the Spheroids (which is on it's way to you as of last week for a look-see) so I'm beginning to wonder if it's the X somehow. Thing is, I put on a Kracken and no issues.

Regardless, it will all come apart this weekend and get cleaned and rebuilt and I'll see how it goes!

My first build was doing well until my first toot. I confirmed it was the posts that were touching the topper and causing the short. Im running it now in the same build cotton wicked without the topper. Its running better than the KFL & R91 :)

Same problem I had with one of my Herons...If I built anything with 28ga. or bigger, the screws would make contact with the topper and short the atty....I contacted Domo (where I got it from) and they replaced it, no questions asked.....Blake was phenomenal to deal with.....so if you keep having this problem, you may want to look into returning it....

But yeah, maybe give it a good cleaning and try it again, just to make sure....

Perseas, if I grab a SS Paps tube and v3 cap from Blake, how long do you estimate the v3 switches will be back in stock, either from him or directly from you?

The next days, I will supply him, it is depending on when he orders his shipment. I think we have a few left, make a question with an email tomorrow morning if you like.

For the record, he contacted me yesterday and we shall fix it, the response is buried a few dozen posts earlier :)

are you using the same liquid in your other Heron? I need slightly more fluff with my 50/50 liquids than I do with my 100Vg Ones.

You can have too much fluff but still could still be over filling it. I had that when first using my Spheroid. I could only get a little over 1mL of liquid but when turning the tank over (without the base) eliquid would drip out to the point where it would drip down the center tube (even after a bit of vaping).

If you can't get at least 3mL in an empty Heron tank, or 2mL in a Spheroid, you have too much fluff.

If you have liquid dripping out of the tank when inverted, you have over filled - no matter how little, or a lot, of fluff you have.

The Herons and new Spheroid are a bit more flood resistant since the raised center holes give it a bit of a drip well...
