GP Spheroid for my MicroStick

I just received my Spheroid V3 and I haven't set it up yet. All of the choices of wick material is a bit overwhelming. What has been the most successful for you? I was also curious about how many wraps I should use while building my coil and what gauge I should lean towards. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

One easy choice to start with is a 30g wire, wrap 5 full wraps around a nail that is 1/16" and while on the nail, secure the connections.
What I use currently is the Cellucotton rayon (available at any Sallie's beauty) or Sugar n Cream cotton/yarn. Whichever you choose, cut the wick at the edge of the base which typically allows the perfect length to reach the fluff in the bell/body. The fluff I use is about 3/4" x 2" in length.

SnC yarn should thread through the 1/16 diameter. The rayon should be nice and snug as it appears to shrink more than swell as typical cotton.

First off congrats on the spheroid, awesome choice. I haven't been using the spheroid as long as some, but I'll try to help. I use 28gauge kanthal wrapped eight times around, I believe it's a 1/16th drill bit. I also use either koh gen do cotton or cvs cotton. I think the kgd is easier to thread through the coil, remember to kind of curve the wick up, into a "U" shape for better wicking. I believe the amount of fluff is ~2.5x2.25 give or take, based on your e-liquid viscosity.
