Saw a YouTube video that mentioned adding PGA (pure grain alcohol) to custom blended Ejuices to add extra TH. Anyone else have experience with this? Does it work for you? How much to add? I'd like to be able to taper off the nicotine, but I do like the throat hit, and could gradually replace the nicotine with Everclear, maybe?

Hmmmmm...interesting notion. Even if it didn't enhance TH, it's bound to give you a whole new outlook.
it's a matter of opinion but personally I don't care for using pga. it's more of a thought burn than hit for me. if you try start with a little at a time.
When I DIY I use a little pga along with distilled water to thin out the VG. It does give a little bit of TH which is nice when you use lower nic like I do. I also feel it helps keep the atty from getting gunky.
You can find out for yourself pretty cheap. A pint of everclear or similar will cost you very little and you can experiment, even make some PJ with the rest. 
And even cheaper option (where I am) is to go to the local Liquor Store and buy an "airplane bottle" of some high-proof vodka for a couple of bucks. That is plenty for short-term experiments.

Grain alcohol is a bitter, so it may give a bit of TH. Only problem is in the mixing, you really can't use a lot or your juice won't produce vapor well.
I would be more inclined to add an acid, (lowest Ph) as in lemon flavors. Sometimes adding just a tiny bit of black pepper oil (extract form) gives a more robust effect, but again use sparingly. Sorry, can't give you a source right off hand.

Do you actually get alcohol into your system vaping this way?
I doubt you'd get drunk, but I have a beginner's driver's license that allows for 0 blood alcohol at all. So not willing to try it.
I've actually heard of a few guys getting their license suspended from using mouthwash...

i made some the other day and added a little 140 proof alcohol that my friend made. it did up the throat hit a little bit.
