Sorry if I upset u Odi, I was just asking about what happened, I dont doubt what u said in the slightest, and no u don't need to send pics I believe u.

Wasn't upset but Todd did write me the other day and the wood smith said for me to send it back and he would replace the box this one time! So it looks like my mod will live again : )

I ordered a 5v boxmod in May. It didn't work so I contacted MaximumVapors and was advised to send it back. I mailed it back and assume it should have been received the beginning of June.

Since then despite repeated messages sent through the contact form on the site inquiring about this I have yet to receive even one reply. Not happy at all.

Since then despite repeated messages sent through the contact form on the site inquiring about this I have yet to receive even one reply. Not happy at all.

I've had the same problem. A Max Woody VV in solid cocobolo. I've talked with Todd on the phone a number of times and he always says he'll get back with me regarding it. It was order 1288 and returned to him on June 1. He keeps telling me that it was "fixed" and mailed but I never received a tracking number nor has he gotten back to me either by phone or email. I had included both my address & phone number with the box needing to be fixed. Let me know if you ever get any results.

Sorry for being to busy to respond. Yes your return was shipped and I refinished your box plus I replaced the regulator and the switch. I also fixed the door and spring on it to make the door fit better. Let me know if you already have it because I believe you should. Sorry it took so long next time I will not put that much time into it. When I put the batteries in it and I realized the box worked fine I should have just sent it right back. ;)

We have so much new stock plus I am building a six month supply of all box mods to be a in stock items. We will be from now on guaranteeing a 48 to 96 hour turn around on all orders. We have also made a few juices that are going to blow every ones sock off.

There is one flavor that we made that I am so blown away by. It is a mix between a fried Twinkies and a golden graham cereal. We also took and made some very needed improvements to the Fire Water flavor.

This will be a grand re opening of epic proportions.

I now have 3 dedicated employees that are almost 100% trained to build every mod I make so I am thinking I can finally stay ahead.

Zelda let me check our returns and see if I have a return in there. Problem is some people return item without a return label or a note inside the box. I am working on a better way to Händel returns.

This is exactly what I did-! When I got back from the post office I realized I didn't include the note with my order number and info.

Definitely my fault! Hope my poor little box mod didn't get buried somewhere. I love that thing!

Well, I finally got my Max Fun Box last week.

I say finally, cuz I ordered it during his Memorial Day Wknd Sale and the first one came late July. It didn't work right out of the box so I returned it. Got the repaired box last week and can only say WOW!!!!!!!!! It hits like a champ and I like not needing a screwdriver to change voltage.

At first I was skeptical about the Luicy Jucy thing ( have found it's easier to open box to squonk), but I now LUV it. It's sealed so well, there is absolutely no juice in the box (unlike the other 2 bottom feeders I own). AND, Lucy pulls back the loose juice into bottle instead of having it pool out and over the top of the box.

Nice product. BUT, don't expect to get yours as quickly as website advertises! I understand Todd was swamped with orders after that big sale, but he really should have communicated the delay better. So, I'd say order one but don't expect it as quickly as advertised. However, it seems he has added staff and is doing some pre building, so who knows?

Me too. I'm still waiting for a reply.....or refund on two boxes

I would like to apologize to all of my fans. I am sorry I know I let down some of the best customers in this business. I never wanted to end up like this I tried quieting my job to stay home and build mods full time. I figured out over time I couldn't make it just off of what I was making from the website so I was pushing sales as hard as I could. What happened is I needed so much money out of the company I began to just rush orders out the door. I never wanted to be like that when I started. So I decided to make a change to the company to give the customers what they deserved and they payed good hard earned money for. I closed the doors and went out and found a very good full time job that I totally love and pays very well.

So what I did is I took four of the people that stayed with me through everything and I got them to the point where they can build the mods as well as I can. We all decided that customers shouldn't have to wait for there mods they could get them shipped from here in 48 hours. Another thing I added is each mod that was and will be built is tested my the builder and finally by me. Then it gets a sticker that it is 100% perfect.

We have also invested a lot of money in new products that will also insure that we will always have stock in certain items like batteries, chargers and carto's.

Again everyone I am sorry and if you have any faith in me and Maximum Vapors please place a small order this weekend to experience the new Maximum Vapors V2. We will also be giving away free items in every order to say thank to our great customers.

Going tonight to sign a lease on a store. :D

Wait till you guys try my new juices! They were designed by me and perfected by my new partner. We made 600 ml of this juice and sold all of it locally in a week :ohmy: and it is being compared to Bounty Hunter in taste. We used the best flavoring made and the best nicotine on the market.

Now in the company I have my wife who will be running the store and the company, I have my cousin who is making the juices and helping building boxes and I have two close friends that are helping build boxes. We have close to 250 boxes ready to ship out. Plus I have one box that I built that is insane. It will be the first of its kind!

You will also be able to see any returns on warranted products on the website. My wife we now be handling all of the returns.
