Did you reply just so you could say nipples? Lol. All of my AW IMR batteries have these said "nipples". No matter the size. I have seen many others without. The real small rare earth magnets sold at craft stores and home depot of the like, will fill the void and stay in place. Most I've seen have vary durable plating. But again, it's Todd's baby.
Todd ... I sent a "contact" from your website regarding the VV Slim V2 that I ordered. It is order # 1376 and I asked if you could make sure when you do the insides so that an AW 18650 IMR would fit properly. I'm a bit afraid of using stacked batteries ... also don't have any. Hope you got my request....
I got it sorry I haven't responded. The boxes are built to fit either 2 18350's or 1 18650 since they are almost identical in size.
Added a new box to the website. It is one heck of a creation. This is now the box I am using. It is called The Max Box.
Alright. Thanks for all the input guys! Gonna have to get me some nippled batteries..... Aside from that I really really love the look and feel of this mod! It don't get much better then wooden VV mods made by Todd

Mine took 2x 14500 but not Li-ion, they were too large. It only took the IMR's.
