I put a drip tip and a bottle of juice to try in the cart and hit checkout. It came up $20 on the estimate taxes and shipping.

Just checking out your site & I have a few questions....is the filler in your Smart Carts glued in?
Also, are you going to be offering menthol disposables?

The smart carts available in stock are the newer model compared to previous first gen-smart carts, which I believe are easier to fill compared to the old filler inserts. For Disposables, new flavors will be available soon, including menthol. I will be sure to update as soon as they are in stock. We also carry e-liquid in Menthol and Nuport flavors as well.

Thanks David. I just know I ordered some from one vendor that is glued. I liked them at first but then started to feel like it was getting "clogged" I guess you could say? I like being able to "fluff" the filling, lol.

I'm new, so I'm not sure if what I have is 1st or 2nd gen.

I completely understand, lol. The easiest method I found to re-filling would be to press the tip of e-liquid bottles or pipette as close to the padding as possible. I notice the less you play with the filling, the better the flow of the liquid. Using a syringe would be the most ideal method as it allows you to pass through the filling without removing it. You should also look into the eGo T tank carts which we have in stock as well. These fit 510 atomizers with the tank fitting on eGos and 510. It has a more compact and easy to remove filler for better flow.

So the shipping option that was seen earlier was due to a small error. Shipping options were set only to California, so if your in different state, it showed only a $20 flat rate option. It is now set to all shipping zones in the USA and there should be no more problems with seeing only one shipping option.
