Soooo...I made it into Portland's first brick and mortar vape lounge, Escape Vapor Lounge, and found myself really impressed with the selection of premium e liquids available! Jameson's, The Standard, Pink Spot, and I *think* they had some Flavorz by Joe on hand in addition to the usual suspects like Hangsen. I actually went in for Cell Block 4, but wound up so distracted by the tasting process and casual conversation I totally forgot to give it a whirl. I wound up leaving with:
five pawns Grandmaster: A smooth, creamy peanut butter vape. There are definitely hints of caramel and banana. A little toasted something too. About half way through my first inhale I wasn't sure about it, but I was sold on the exhale. Barely sweet but robust. It was my favorite purchase of the day and I immediately filled a new Vivi Nova with it.
Space Jam Robo Fuel Starship 1: This is described as vanilla custard with kiwi. Custard yes. Kiwi...I am not sure. It tastes more peachy to me. But it is delicious. I like bakery juices but when pressed to decide between this and Irie Nights, this won me over with its light, complex flavor which struck me as perfect for summer.
Finally, Pink Spot Lemon Coconut Cookie: It tastes EXACTLY like it sounds. Lemon, then coconut, and finally....butter on the tail end of the exhale. Delish!
All in all a great experience at a new shop, met some fellow vapers, and picked up some killer liquids. Oh. And I finally understood how satisfying even 0 nic can be when you drip. Talk about a world of difference. I can easily see Grandmaster becoming an all day tape. Soooo so so good.
