Just placed my order for Grape Ape, I've been looking for a perfect Grape and hoping this is the one. First order from nicoticket.

I gotta tell you Kent, based on what I've been seeing on the forum the last couple of days about nicticket...I had to go ahead and order one of just about everything, minus the tobaccos. The customer service and interaction is impressive. I can't wait to try the liquids!

Thank you kindly for the order emily. "The family" is just that - a very passionate and loyal group of people whom love the liquid - but beyond that - they love each other. They support each other. Unfortunately, the world of ecigs is an intimidating place for many new-comers... we like to think this is a safe-haven for people who don't mind participating in a community - giving and receiving help/advice/support. I am eternally indebted to this group of people - they have made my dreams come true. I have quit smoking, and I now make a living support people who are looking for an alternative to cancer sticks. It's truly an honor to have the opportunity to serve this community - it's a privilege I will never take for granted.

Ordered both today. Can't wait to try them. I'm sure I will be kicking myself for only ordering 30mls of each. Now if only the elusive OREO I have heard so much about would sneak on the site for a few minutes.
Just got home and opened my latest order. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. To be so richly rewarded for simply telling the truth about an outstanding vendor is humbling. Clark has set the bar for customer service to another level. Thanks Clark!!!

Shipped out today! dang that was fast, you guys are amazing, must be working in 24 hr shifts!

At present it's still just the two of us - but I personally put in no less than 70 hours a week to ensure that the orders get processed on the quick. I'm a vaper - I get vapemail - I know the wait sucks. Oh, did I mention I <3 the USPS (mutters under his breath... where is my infernal Brass Monkee?)

The must be very fast got my ordered shipped in like a hour or so after ordering . Can not wait to try the grape! Oh thanks a million for the vape bonus :)

I wish I could toss freebies in on EVERY order like some other vendors, but I just can't. I spread the love though. There's no formal system, but the chances of getting a nice upgrade get incrementally better by engaging the community, populating your name in the "What do you go by on the forums" field... and by leaving us a note in the comments. Generally we decline the "Can I get a sample of this" (especially on first orders)... but as the relationship grows, most people have found that we have a tendency to reward the people who are loyal, repeat customers.

Well kind sir I can say almost for certain that without even having a taste of your juice for the first time yet that you have a customer for life in myself. I usually don't check the mail on Saturdays but tomorrow I will :)

The day is coming (soon) when I will be on the vape tour circuit, a meet or a convention will come near you, and I will have the opportunity to shake your hand and say "thank you" for the loyalty.
