Great American Smokeout

Today is the Great American Smokeout. I have been cigarette free since August 17th, 2011.
Thank you everyone on this forum for all the Support.
Please feel free to post how long you have been cigarette free ! Even if it has been just a few days.

I've tried everything to quit, the gum, the patch, cold turkey. vaping has made the transition from smoker to non smoker so much easier and stresss free.

I did the math and I've been a smoker for 28 years and that is a scary thought. My next goal in life is to a non smoker longer than I've been a smoker !!!!

For me it's about 16 months, one day I was a smoker, the next not....
still like my nicotine, but cigarettes are a thing of the past after 35+ years..

I'd like to share your goal. Lets see. . .I smoked cigarettes for 52 years. . .who knows, maybe now I can make it to 104.
