great battery charger

So a while ago I came across the POWEREX MH-C9000 charger for AA batteries.

I was wondering if there is anything similar to this for my AW IMR 18350 700 mAh batteries?
If so, do you guys think this type of charger would be overkill?
I've heard AW's are some of the best out there but all batteries wear out over time. I'm just trying get as much life out of these things as possible.
When it comes to AA. I started out with 6 rechargeable Enerizers with the standard charger. 10 months later I'm down to 2 working batteries. I want to avoid the same thing happening to my 18350's.

Maha doesn't make any Li-On chargers - I wish they would. The closest thing out there with a display readout is the Xtar VP1 that does a good - correct - job charging Li-On's. Maha provides a three year warranty - Xtar provides two years.
