I´m not expert in DIY, i´ve never try it but from basic math:

1liter= 1000ml

so that nic has 100mg/1000ml that means 0.1mg/ml

That or i misunderstood something

100mg nic is 100mg nic regardless if you have 1ml of it or a quart of it.

You are welcome. My preference is 100% pg because I store my reserve nic in the freezer.

Another way to think of 100mg/ml nicotine is 10% strength. And as you say, no matter what quantity you have, it's 10% nic.

10mg strength is 1%.

It oxidized a bit in the bottle before I even opened it but for $50 a liter I guess it's not bad.

Kind of wonder why they're selling it so cheap though. Old stock or FDA related anxiety or what.

You can buy big amber bottles and store it in your freezer no matter the pg/vg ratio and it will be a lot less likely to oxidize.

MFS stated at the beginning of the sale it is just a summer sale after people started rumors it was old or bad nic. I have made several bottles with it already and it is the same quality they always have. I would venture to guess he is just trying to get rid of what he had stocked up on for the sale since summer is ending / over.
