Hats off to Bruce !!
I have been vaping for about 2 years now and have been a loyal 901 customer to the folks across the water. Well after 3 units have gone missing or seized I had to change vendors. I was looking at the Vapefest site and saw Clouds of Vapor. After cruising the site and reading the reviews I decided to give them a shot. I ordered my unit on Thursday and got it Monday morning!!!! Plugged in my PCC and vaped the day away Tuesday. Well my luck as usual the charging unit was bad. I emailed Bruce and within minutes I had a response and Bruce took care of my issue in no time. A person who honored their product and great customer service ..Oh My!, where am I???
There is a little thing called customer service that has seem to fall top the wayside in todays society and we Americans seem to accept it as par for the course. We go to Wal Mart and get treated like trash, we go to other stores and get treated like garbage, and god forbid you have to make a return. This is where Bruce came in and helped me realize good customer service is still out there. You have earned a customer for life in me, I appreciate great customer service with competitive pricing to boot! Ever think of consulting for Wal mart..lol
