Great Service and Thanks to In the Clouds (ITCVape)

I discovered a new vendon in Maryland, In the clouds vape. I want to thank Luke for the awesome service he gave me. We had over 20 texts back and forth while the post office "lost" my mvp2- turns out they delivered it days ago to one of my neighbors. As he thought I was going to vapercon he even brought another with him for me to use, but I didn't go as I was hoping my mvp would show up in the mail. This is the kind of customer service all businesses, not just ecig stores, should strive for. I will certainly order from them again if he doesn't ban me after my order becoming such a PIA. I feel lucky here in Maryland having so many great vendors and welcome adding another to my list.
