Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at iVapour UK. I ordered some hot springs for my SB and BB last week, and made a second order soon after. iVapour refunded the shipping on the second order (without me having to ask for it!) and promptly sent the items on its way. The package arrived at my doorstep in five working days ... super impressed considering I'm half-way round the world
