I just wanted to tell everyone about this site. I actually bought my first PV from Randall about 4 months ago. I can't say enough about the service I received. I called and spoke to him and he was very helpful in helping me decide my best choice. I ordered the M401 stainless kit, some blanks, and some coffee liquid. I got completely setup for less than $50.

Just wanted to make sure I didn't forget to give my 2 cents. Placed my first order with Randall a month ago on a Sunday, got my shipping notice the next day. Searched my tracking number and found out he actually started processing my order on Sunday! And then he sent me a notice apologizing in advance if there was any shipping delay due to the snow in his area. I'm in NY and got the package from NV in 2 days! Amazing!

Just placed my second order with them yesterday at about 5PM. Got the shipping notice a few hours later. Randall actually sent a personal email to say he noticed that I almost placed a second order for some cartridges, and that I shouldn't complete the order because it would add unnecessary shipping charges so he just added them to my initial order. Sent an email right back to let him know that I was just checking something on his checkout page and that it wasn't necessary to give me more cartridges. He got right back to me and told me my order was already sent off for shipping and to enjoy the extra carts!

I'm new to vaping, but I certainly got lucky by finding such a great supplier on my first shot. I've looked at some other suppliers, but I just can't bring myself to buy from somebody else when I get such great service and pretty damn good prices already. So happy!!!
