So, Green Nicotine is the local brand here where I live- Tucson, AZ... I've been to several of their kiosks, including their first "shop" (kiosk in the foothills mall), I've even been lucky enough to chat with the founder. However, getting answers from them as far as how it works has been.. a hassle.

Compared to my blu, they're only a little larger (a mini as opposed to supermini, I guess), but their vapor blows my Blu, with fresh batteries and a new carto, out of the water, without sacrificing flavor at all. I would post a video of the vapor if one existed, but the only ones I can find show them unusually weak. What I'm actually trying to figure out, and what they've avoided telling me for obvious reasons, is whether they are genuinely using their own R&D'ed, self-made product or if it's just something they bought and are reselling. Their prices are a little- well, VERY- steep at $35 for 10 cartos, but apparently it still comes out to a better deal. Somehow. Could anyone more experienced in the e-cig world figure that out for me? Personally I -would- get a set myself to try, but being penniless, I can't really afford a set, lol. Till then I'm stuck on reviews, mall try-outs, etc... Any feedback would be appreciated! Especially from any Green Nicotine customers who can tell me if their personal kits really DO stay as good as the mall demos (those I know who own them haven't for very long)...

Another thing I've noted- rather worryingly- is on their site: a 21 and over signature verification. I doubt anyone can answer this one, but why 21 and over when the smoking age is 18? e-mailing their support on that one.

...since you are in Tuscon, I would skip those folks altogether and goto FreedomSmokeUSA and see what "real" PV's are all about...they have a very nice brick and mortar storefront(I've been told) in Tuscon with a Vapors Lounge so you can try out the goodies(makes me jealous to think about it)...........

Last mall kiosk I went by, was just to make the operators nervous.

Their baseline price was $249.00 for a single battery 901 kit that came with a single atomizer and a few cartridges. I don't recall what they were selling liquid for, but I'm sure the price was ridiculous as well.

Hit the vendors forums and Google them-up, to see what's reasonable in terms of pricing for online sales.

Like madjack says, you have a local brick-n-mortar in your area. It's always good to give those folks your business, and maybe plug-into the community there.

I got to try a blu once and just about anything would have blown that thing out of the wwater. I suggest looking into an ego dude/dudette. Hen I first started vaping I had it in my head that iI wanted something that looked like a cigarette...that lasted a week before I ordered my ego kit and havent looked back. Best price for a well built well working starter kit IMO.

That's just one of the caveats. They don't sell juice. I got in to Tucson late saturday night, and fearing I'd run out of juice before tuesday, I ran into Park Mall to buy some at the green kiosk. Since they don't sell juice,I had to settle for a couple of their disposables. I opened one and was immediately put off by the taste. To my palate, it's very much like overly sweetened green tea. The clerk said the juice was a gel and the cartos can't be refilled. More when I get home...

More on Greed Nicotine:

I could be wrong, but I'm going to swear that the kiosk minions are trained to say the computer is down and you have to call the toll-free number for return/refund. I say this because I had to wait for a moment while another customer checked out. So I called the toll-free number and was told to send back the unopened disposable and they would contact me when they received it. Not the way I like to do business so I'll just contest the charge with my bank.

In my summary judgement, there's nothing special about them. The parts are all generic except for *maybe* the juice being suspended in a gel form. They aren't made in America and the sales droids are full of hype and BS. At one point, he tried to convince me that what I was using had antifreeze in it. Of course he was referring to the PG. What is exceptional about GN is their marketing. They picked the right name. "Green", for what it's worth, seems to mean good for all living things. And they have the strongest web presence I think I've ever seen for such a small niche. That's easy to do if you know how - or pay someone to do it for you. And let's not forget the celebrity endorsements.

Finally, to anyone considering this overpriced, overrated alternative, be damned sure you like the flavors because the choices are limited. But, "More flavors are on the way!"

Hah, thanks for the feedback guys. Legal issues kept me from having the time to go on here. I've tried one of their regular PV's like I said, and the flavor was actually really good I think. On the note of "limited flavors," weller, Blu has added 2 new flavors to their somewhat restrictive options: Pina Colada and Peach Schnapps. Ordered a pack of each, will hopefully comment when they come in!

Back on Green, though, I know that they overdo it with their fearmongering of other PV's and I suspected they were using overpriced generic batteries, but again, my curiosity lies in the carto itself. If it's really a gel, that's something that's new to me. Definitely interesting.

EDIT: And bob, while Blu might not be the best out their, for a mini they aren't bad at all anymore. The quality, IMO, went up immensely when they switch to a 2-peice. Not to mention they have a premium100 which is a bit bigger and I really want to get my hands on, lol.

General rule of thumb. If a company selling a non mainstream product can afford a huge amount of marketing, they are making up that lost income somewhere and it's usually marking up the prices. I've had Blu before and there is NOTHING about this product other than the PCC that was remotely good. No matter what the guys working the Kiosk are telling you, they are 100% selling a relabeled product for a 500% markup. Save yourself the trouble and lost cash and just buy an 808 or 510 kit online.

Like mentioned earlier if you are really interested in trying it out first hand go visit FSUSA's vape lounge and knock yourself out. I regularly stop by the kiosks here with various PV's just to test their knowledge and have found that they will say ANYTHING to sell me one.

Normally true, but most of this marketing is secondhand, besides their website and the relatively cheap mall kiosks (eg radio ads mentioning them is from a tobacco store saying they carry them). But anyway, that's mostly what I'm trying to find out- if anyone else here is from Tucson and knows what type of battery they use, and if their product really is their own. Green Nicotine is definitely a brand I'm keeping an eye on, simply because it seems to, if nothing else, perform on par with an eGo mini...

The first con I fell for was Green Nictone. Here are the problems with that company:

1. 250 for the starter kit

2. 50 bucks for 10 cartos (last time I bought them)

3. No juice

4. They claim that any company that sells flavored liquid is targeting children, and that they are the only company sponsored my the FDA, which is false.

5. They worship Lucifer.

Some of these facts may have been slightly exaggerated (heres looking at you 5)
