This is a local vendor called "Green Puff". The local practice is to import Dekang liquids in bulk and rebrand it. This is a tried and true method which seem to be employed by many online sellers around the world. The most widespread rebrand locally seems to be Denkat. As far as I can tell, Denkat liquid is fine. Normal Dekang tastes and nicotine. Denkat is what I have to compare other liquids to ATM.
I found an ecig kiosk in a Makati area mall. In Fort Bonifacio's Market Market, on the 2nd floor next to Watsons. The nice salesman said he had been there for about a year. Most outsiders look at mall ecig stores with low opinions, but you have to understand that this is a hot country. A huge percentage of our franchise-type stores are in Malls. We boast some of the biggest malls in the world (Google "Mall of Asia" for example).
Anyway, for me, it was a nice discovery as this was my first retail ecig experience. So far, I have only purchased online and from a great personal sales person who delivers supplies to me (he serves the central Makati area, PM me if you want his contact info. Highly recommend this gentleman). I was in Market Market and just saw it. I still can't find a website for this company, but the guy told me they have several branches.
Anyway I bought 5 10ml bottles of eliquid (RY4, USA Mix, butter scotch, Melon, Strawberry Banana) at "high" which I was told is 24mg nic. Cost is P250 each. Bottle and label look like this:

I have both 24 and 18mg of the Denkat and these "feel" like the 18. However, that is far from scientific. The biggest problem, and why I believe they are watered down, is there is very little flavor, almost no vapor and no TH. If you can see in this pic:

The contents are listed as PG 75% then a bunch of other chemicals. At this amount of PG, though, there should be decent vapor production right?
I am getting vapor out of these juices like on my ego-t's last hit before the battery led flashes that it's dead. In other words, there is vapor but its very weak and I feel no TH. While I can tell the difference between each flavor, it is so weak that I have to kind of think about what flavor it is to taste it.
I asked the guy for an ego-t type A LR atty. He took one from inside the kiosk window. It was in a carton with about 5 others. It was unwrapped and I looked at it. There was no marking on the cone (no ego-t or rebrand name or anything just black). I also couldn't find the LR marking in the inside and I was shining the LED flashlight from my phone's flash on it. I said, do you have one with branding? He went inside the kiosk and brought out one with ego-t on the side wrapped in plastic still. I shined my light in the top and the LR was there.
How fishy is that? Was the first atty he tried to sell me a fake? Then when I knew to ask, he brought out a real one?
Suffice it to say, I will not be buying from Green Puff ever again. However, does anyone else have any experience with this vendor?
