My husband & I have switched to only e-cigs:Greensmoke about 4 months ago & have been happy with vapor & quality until lately. Out of 8 boxes of cartridges (40 cartridges)we got 9 defective cartridges;no vapor. I emailed Greensmoke but have gotten no reply. This cost money & required me to order sooner than planned. Is anyone else having problems with Greensmoke?

yes do you dry cough a lot and have little particles in your mouth too?

i've been greensmoking since monday, and the cartriges go dead pretty quick (they recommend 10~20 puffs at a time and my menthol low burnt out, now that one taste really bad), some even have discolorations on the rubber end piece right out the box

they get it from china, and sell it like it was made in US, you should call them on sunday and return it.... i know it looks really nice in that little carry box but... don't make excuse to keep it...

seriously, inhaling something made in CHINA? hey i am chinese and you have no idea what chinese manufactuerer do in china, all the horror stories.

i thought GS was made in states because some scammer with a coupon code said they moved production to US, HAHAHAHA

    Hi Greenpuff--

Greensmoke is where many people start, including myself, and while their product is actually pretty decent, everyone here will agree the price is simply too high. They charge $50 for a battery that you can find in the $15 range. Their cartomizer prices are astronomical, you could refill them yourself with juice for around $1-2 compared to their $15.00. BUT, they did help me to quit smoking so I do appreciate that. You should certainly be able to return the non-functioning cartos, give them a day or two to reply, they exchanged things for me before like that. I read that they recently changed suppliers for their cartos--this might be the source of the problem. Are you refilling your carts yourself? If not I can tell you how and it would save you big bucks. Also try this guy--dawgejuice.com--he sells greensmoke compatible stuff and is cheaper than GS. His name is Donnie, he is very reliable, ships fast, and helped me avoid GS's high prices.
Good luck, congratulations on being smoke-free and happy vaping.

I stop smoking analogs by Green Smoke. I have both Green Smoke and now Vapor King systems going, and when Green Smoke works properly I much prefer Green Smoke.

Having said that, yes lately Green Smoke's cart's have been going wacky. I learned that Green Smoke started selling America made cart's and that is why the regular tobacco flavor started to taste very different and very lousy.

When I called them on the phone, they confirmed they are now using American cart's compared to the past Chinese made cart's. You can still buy the Chinese cart's, you just have to tell them on the phone. However, I did that thinking I was going to get my favorite regular tobacco tasting cart. back again - I didn't. Yes, the regular tobacco cart's were different from the very lousy tasting newly released American cart but it didn't taste the same and wasn't as nice as the original one's I got several months ago that were made in China.

Having said all that, I did try the American version of Vanilla, Strawberry, Coffee and Chocolate as well as the Tobacco M (not the regular Tobacco) and they all tasted pretty good, I thought. In fact the American made Coffee flavor tasted much like Vapor Kings WOW Coffee cart that I use on my Vapor King battery.

I just ordered the Chinese version of vanilla and coffee to see how it compares to the American version of theirs.

In the end, Green Smoke's cart's are becoming a real problem yet when they work I would take them over any of the other cart's I have had for other batteries and I have tried many different suppliers for the Vapor Kings and I am not that hapopy in general but it is starting to beat the Green Smoke choas.

Don't get stuck paying $50 for Green Smoke's battery. Green Smoke uses the E9 aka KR808D-2 (note the 2, not 1) battery. Vapor King's battery uses the KR808D-1, slightly different from Green Smoke's battery. You can find the KR808D-2 battery for $17.00 at LeCig or at E-juice the sister company of Vapure (they call it E9). I have these batteries from these two companies and I can tell you first hand they work prefect on Green Smoke's cart's, . LeCig Electronic Cigarette Store and E9/V9 Compatible Auto Battery | e-Juice-USA.com

When I talk to the sales person on the phone at Green Smoke, I did tell her that they shouldn't be changing products that are totally different without warning people and they need to state these changes very clearly on their web page (she has been getting complaints).

Call Green Smoke, complain and get a refund and tell them they need to get their act together. I got the impression they were getting preasure to start selling and making American made product, that was the impression I got from the sales person.
