Thanks Jewl

What brand do I buy.
Mike

Almost anything else. :)

I would look into the Volt from Smokeless Image, if you like the cigarette form factor. Far less expensive, uses a very common KR808D-1 connection, comes with refillable cartos and you can get 808 cartos almost anywhere. You can pick up a Volt kit and enough cartos to choke a horse for the same price one of those overpriced Greensmoke kits cost.

Greensmoke has not sent me my last order that I paid for and I cant reach them on the phone.Anybody know whats going on!.

Mike

Hi Mike,

I started out with Green Smoke. I've never had a problem with them. They have odd hours- Sunday through Thursday for customer service. Anyway, it's odd that they haven't been diligent about your order. Mine have always been sent immediately and when I had an issue, it was resolved without any problems at all.

Needless to say, I started vaping using Green Smoke- this was before I was directed to this forum by an online friend. I wish I had known about ECF before investing in the Green Smoke system, which is rather expensive. And they can't send flavoured orders to California, which was a disappointment. Since joining ECF, I've more or less switched to ProVape and love it. If it weren't for the wonderful advice and folks here, I never would have discovered ProVape- or loads of other great info that is available here.

Try giving them a call on Monday. If this is your very first order or you're within the 30 day period, return your stuff and ask around here for other PVs. There are loads to choose from, and that can be daunting, LOL- but like I said, folks here are really sweet about offering suggestions and advice.

Good luck!

There was just a hurricane up the east coast and earlier in the week an earthquake so if Greensmoke is east coast they might not have power and many roads are now closed due to flash floods.

Greensmoke is actually a fine model but suffers from being the KR808D-2 aka E9 rather than the near-twin and more popular and supported KR808D-1 threading. I believe they also don't offer manual batteries which is what most people here use and recommend. And when 3rd party manufacturers make some new kind of cartomizer, they often support KR808D-1 but never support KR808D-2.

KR808D-1 models are the original manufacturer KR808D-1, Vapor4Life which is similar but has nicer colors and prefilled cartos and blanks and juices, and the new style rubberized model SmokelessImage Volt, Bloogplanet Maxxfusion, Halocigs G6 all of which have cartos (I think all have prefilled and blanks and juices). And there are also some other rebranders. The first two have manuals that are mostly sealed with a normal size button, and the rubberized manuals have a totally sealed end with a very tiny and partially recessed button.

LeCig sells D1 battery to D2 carto, and D2 battery to D1 carto adapters

I recently got a Volt as my first E-cig (or PV, if you prefer), and I LOVE it. Do yourself a favor, though, and get the manual Batteries. You may shy away from them at first (like I did, I got one manual and one auto to hedge my bets, but I SOOOOO prefer the manual) but it's what you will want in the end. Also, pay the extra buck a-piece and unpgrade to the bigger batteries. You will NOT regret it! It's a good system, and I can even find cartos for it in my home town.....
