Finally decided to take advantage of the immense resources available here and so I registered. I've been vaping for three weeks now and havent had any second thoughts about analogs. I wish I had of done this switch years ago and the way technology is now days with batteries, there really isn't any excuse not to switch. I look forward to meeting other members and ill see yall on the boards.

Congrats and welcome! I'm the opposite of you. I haven't quit yet because I haven't even gotten by stuff in the mail yet to being vaping. But I used this forum so much as a resource to find what I wanted to start with that I've already signed up. Good luck to you and let us know how it goes! I'll be very curious as I'll be going down this road very soon!

Looks like we might have started close to the same time. I have been reading here for a while and just registered tonight too. I haven't been doing as well as you - still having a couple of analogs a day - but I do think I will get there soon. Real happy I found ECF as I sift through all the information - so much to learn

The trick is to find an e juice flavor that you really like and have charged batteries on you always. I started with the ego T and found the flavor wasn't very impressive for any of the flavors I ordered but I started using a dual coil tank with replaceable cartomizers and that has definitely been the way to go for me. The first couple of days were hard, but I just vapped in all the situations I normally would smoke i.e. driving, after eating etc, and now I have no uncontrollable urges for a cigarette. In fact I smoked one last night around a fire at a party I was at and didn't even finish it. I was curious to see how it would be after not having one for a few weeks and how it would taste to me now that my taste buds are getting better. I wasnt impressed and quickly switched back to vapping my atomic cinnacide at the party. Tastes way better!

Bit of Advise. Focus on the differences you feel vapping and not smoking such as going to bed not smelling like smoke, having a fresh car smell, better wind in lungs, not having smelly fingers, and so on. It is amazing sleeping on a pillow that doesn't smell like smoke and these little positive changes can go along way when you are debating a cig or a vape in those tough craving times.
