It's realy nice to know that here in ECF are folks from Baltic states!Thank you, i'm fine and how about other vapers In Latvia, really, i dont have no idea. Unfortunately, i dont know how many people vaping in Latvia.I suppose, not much. The problem is that here in Latvia e-cig sellers not making bussiness but robbery. They are selling low quality e-cigs for high price. If i would buy all my PV's, liquids and other things from local seller i would broke. Thank God we have ECF!!! And vaping is avesome!!!!

You are right, the same is here. We have no vital forums, PV-s are crap, and sellers do not care for good results i.e. happy customers. They just care for taking money
OK, but I am also very happy with ECF, this is the place where I collected all wisdom about vaping. Enjoy!
