Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Been smoking since 13 and have enjoyed everyday of *cough cough* it.

but seriously, looking for a change and I really didn't want to stop smoking. I truly love the act of smoking, the smoke, the taste, the smoke. I had tried blu and instantly hated it. Then I found logic and the various disposables. These were better but were still not as satisfying as what I have come to learn they are called here "analogs."

So thru looking thru youtube and here i made the leap to a mod style vape.

ordered a vamo v3, some panasonic 18650's & 18350's for the vamo's short mode.
kanger protank
and like 7 different mt. Baker vapor flavors
should arrive in a couple days, so exhausting waiting for this stuff.

but now i find myself needing smaller, less nerdy vape for anywhere that wasn't my home or car.
was looking at the 1100mah ego style batts on fasttech, any other suggestions or comments or tips for handling e juice, the vamo, batts ect. would be greatly appreciated.

so far on my disposable logic 18hrs w/o an analog.

thanks and happy vaping

Don't go back to the cigs! Keep on going!

I agree with getting a twist or spinner for on the go. Can't go wrong with pocket size and versatility of variable voltage.

I hear good things about evods...have no experience my self...

I use kanger T2 for on the go...give a great vape, atomizer heads last a long while, and very durable tank in general.

And again stay away from the analogs! Good job.

wow, took me over a month to make the leap to a Vamo (which was one month too long, I must say... love my Vamo!)

As far as a good portable setup, I'll second the spinner (Variable voltage Ego battery) and the EVOD clearos... the evods have replacable heads(just like the protank, in fact, you can use the EVOD heads in the protank), so you get a good long use out of them, with the bonus of being able to clean the head and greatly extend the lifetime of them. (Hot water rinse, and then a vodka bath has been my method thus far and has worked great.) And, there's the added bonus of down the road, should you so choose, you can even rewick and rebuild them...
I was all hesitant about taking the vamo out at first, due to its size, and the resemblance to a piece of starwars nerd memorabilia, and the fact that Vaping is still reaaaaaaaaaaaaaally new in my area, but after a bit, I just started using it in short mode when out and about. I actually LOVE it when a smoker sees me taking a rip off of it and blowing out massive clouds. Half the time, they look at their stinkie, and then back to the vamo with that look of a kid that wants the better toy.

I don't mind being a walking anti-smoking ad :D

Oh, and by the way...Welcome to the ECF!!!!!

If you are having trouble with cravings, you may want to try a tobacco juice or 2 (or 3). There are a lot to choose from out there and many different vendors who carry them. I initially began vaping with coffee juices and a few select fruit juices. This would satisfy me most of the time, but not all of the time. I have recently begun jumping into tobacco juice vapes and have found this to be *almost* as good as smoking. I'm sure if you ask around for a particular taste (pipe, cigalike, cigar, menthol, non-menthol, Camel-like, Marlboro-like, etc), someone can guide you in the right direction. It truly provides more of a cigarette-smoking vape than the fruits, desserts, drinks, and other non-tobacco taste flavors.

Congrats on switching over!

what's a good base voltage/wattage to start a new flavor out?

what characteristics in e juice do you look for to gauge this? I have heard the pg/vg ratio may have something to do with it?

to answer flowerpots:
i ordered an ry4 and a spearmint flavor since i normally smoke menthol analogs. I am also an avid hookah smoker and I love fruit and sweet flavors, so i'm hoping it wont be that hard making the switch. Already looking forward to quitting.

yeah, a friend of mine just recommended the spinner, il like that it's vv.

the logics are just not satisfying enough, getting some bad craves.

and bill, what is the avg battery time you get on the itaste

Vaping time varies by user. Rule of thumb is one hour vaping for every 100 mAh. So, about 8 hours with the iTaste 3.0. Fortunately, it's a semi-passthrough, so you can charge it off a computer, or any usb micro connection. Very handy, very versatile, and you simply cannot put more electronics into so small a form factor. Throw and evod on there and you're good to go. Excellent backup, out and about, stealth, and primary batt. I've given all my ego's away and just have the iTaste's for those "lighter" moments. Also, any device that doesn't read ohms has no use in my inventory. This is a personal preference, but since you're taking the leap into a Vamo, I thought maybe you would want to take a leap in the stick battery world as well. You won't regret it, that's for absolute sure.

Generally, I've found that lower "heat" (in the case of a Vamo, a lower wattage- maybe 4.5-7watts) is my personal sweet spot for fruitier flavors, and higher up (around 9watts or so) brings out coffee, tobacco, and most sweets (like caramels and cakes). But, this is my own sweet spot, and each person is a bit different... a lot will depend on your delivery devices and the resistance of them as well. I'd say take my figures and start a tad lower, and dial up and work with it to fine tune you own personal preferences.

ETS: Hell, I need to grab one of those things too...that's a nice find Bill... I didin't realize they were capable of all that. And totally agree about the ability to check ohms...

I like the itaste, lotta features, already got some protanks coming but i'll pick up some light/smaller evods. It only has to last me for 4-5 hrs when I hit the town, so 800mah should be fine for me.

I figured there would be a lot of tinkering with the voltages. thanks for the baseline, i didn't want to burn anything out or damage a brand new unit, if that would even be possible.

Nah, really, as long as you're on the variable Wattage setting, I don't think you can burn out a delivery device (but, of course, I am often wrong, as I admit to my S.O. all the time.....) Worst thing I've experienced thus far with using too high of a wattage was one of my favorite juices turned to resembling a flavor I can only begin to describe as "Litter box".

Variable Voltage is a whole other beast though...

I got this kit from Fasttech on the evods:

$24.78 EVOD Electronic Cigarette Round Mouth Atomizer (10-Pack / 1.5mL) 10-pack - 2.4

At $2.50 a piece, and maybe the best clearo vape out there, really hard to beat. Get some replacement heads. The ones that come with the evods aren't as good as the replacements. I now recoil my own, even though you can get the 5 packs for only $4.50 from Fasttech, as well. But I vape heavy, thick, sweet, dark and gunky, so I go through evod heads every three days. I can recoil for about a dime, and do a dozen in about an hour or less, which lasts me for the month. The wife and kids vape, so many heads are needed, and for some reason, I do all the vape purchasing around here, lol. My wife, who was stuck on ego twists for about 3 months now has the iTaste and three APV's - the Vamo V3, the Anyvape CVI, the iTaste SVD, to go with her iTaste 3.0. We also DIY our own juice. Anyway, livin' the dream, loving vaping, VapeQuest, the Journey, the shopping, the vapemail...so, Power up and Vape On!
