Hi from California, something about how I got here:

About 6 mo ago I bought a starter kit from blucigs thinking they were an established company and once I realized that neither the cartridges or batteries lasted more than a couple hours and would randomly fail for no reason I was very irritated. Plus I could not get a satisfiying hit off of one even at the best moments. Anyone want any of that junk I will send it for the cost of postage.

I gave up on ecigs for awhile but tried again after further research I bought and ego-t. It is a wonderful device and a single battery and full tank will cover me through most of a day. I have a fast learning curve and sometimes too inquisitive for my own good, I tore up a perfectly good atomizer just to get a good grasp on how it works.

The only question I have out of all this rambling is about e-juice. In theory there are very few components in e-juice so it seems to me if you get PG juice from one company it should vape about the same as PG juice from another. I have bought small amounts of juice from 4 different online sources based on PG, VG, PEG400 and various mixes of different ratios. The bottom line is that there appears to be no consistancy in the same formula from one source to another. Leads me to believe that they aren't all sending out what they say they are. Has anyone had good experience out of the four online retailers I've tried: .........., route66vaper.com, premiumliquidnicotine.com, ejuiceusa.com. oh and I order a few bottles from ecblend.com that haven't arrived yet; they attracted me because they allow ordering specific mix percentages of PG/VG. I may end up being one of those who mix their own juice but I'm not ready to tackle that yet.

In general I only buy juice from places that offer multiple PG/VG ratios or that I know are handmade on-site - then I know they are making the juice there. The only exception is Vapor4Life - I find their juices are good for cartomizers and I like a couple of their WOW juices (seems like 90PG/10VG to me or could be thinned 80PG/20VG).

I never bought from any of the ones you listed.

Welcome , and I now mix my own , but before I did , I only used several of the better one's (not the ones you used) not saying their bad , just never used them . I bought from Vaperite , Back woods Brew , Gourmet Vapor , Vapure , And Ms. T's . Had pretty good luck with those , but taste is very subjective . I may love a juice , you may hate it . I like a lot of vapor , so I tend to use juices higher in VG content . Some people prefer thinner juices , that don't mute the flavors so much , and tend to give a bit more throat hit . So in essence , Pick up some sample sizes from several juice vendors , till you find one you like . Then stick with them , or start doing your own . JMHO

Juice is a more challenging search than hardware, IMO. I don't necessarily think any vendor is failing to send out what they say they are. PG is PG and VG is VG, but there the comparison ends, as each maker mixes their own blend of base, flavoring and nic. Having said that, I can and do use the same juice in both my 510 and KR808 rigs and have a very different vaping experience due to the different equipment involved.

I predict that what you settle on will change - then change again. And then you'll buy new hardware and it will change yet again. Enjoy the journey.

Also - some flavorings only need to be 5% of the mix and some need to be over 15% of the mix so that can also affect how a juice vapes. And with juices that have VG in them - some vendors thin them with distilled water or alcohol and some do not.

And if a juice doesn't have nicotine, then no matter what the base is, there will be no throat hit.

Thanks for the quick replies. I just need to find the right ratio PG/VG for myself and find the right supplier. I get the impression that flavors are not as strong out of the ego-t and the supplier I settle on will have to offer extra flavoring. I tried cheesecake juice and it was so nasty I had to throw it away, I can't believe anyone would vape that stuff.
