Hello All,

Today is my first day with e-cigg, and I was not overly joyed after my first puff, and sure enough after I found out this forum it seems I might have made a bad choice. Its the Ranch Kit from Bullsmoke.

So here to learn from the experienced lot to make my second purchase a bit more sensible.

Hi, and welcome to ECF thebanik

I managed to quit smoking relatively painlessly using a Ego style battery and a CE4 topper - it just worked. It's a great place to start and a lot of people I know started on these and kicked the habit.

Them ciglikes work for some people (my mother in law swears by them and is off the smokes for over a year) - if it's not doing it for you I'd invest in a Ego kit like Smok Mini eGo Express Kit was what I started on (there's a fair bit of choice out there)

:)

Greetings and welcome.

Forums probably the best way to learn about vaping and whats best. New to vaping myself and already working on my 2nd toy.

I picked up an evic with a clearomizer setup. Supposedly good starter according to my vaping friends.

Thanks for the welcome, :D

Thanks for the welcome and the suggestion, so the kit that you linked to, I only need additional liquid or something else as well, :D. Sorry as you might understand a complete noob here.

Yeah, that kit will give you batteries, a topper and replacement coils (handy). You would just need to purchase some liquid and you are good to go.

I'd shop around, I just did a quick search for an ego starter kit and found that - you may get a better deal elsewhere. Most vendors will sell the ego kits and liquid so you could get both from the same seller etc

Ideally you want a starter kit with two batteries, too. I carried a fully charged backup around with me and swapped over when the first battery died. Most come with a USB charger so I could charge on the move too.

There's literally so much choice when it comes to ego's - too many to mention. It's just a starting point, so I'd shop around and try to get a kit with at least two batteries, and if possible, some tanks that are not disposable (so you can just replace the coil/wicks) Will save you some money in the long run.

Edit - quick look through that site and this would be ideal I think http://www.madvapes.com/smok-tech-900mah-ego-nbc-kit.html
