Fries and tater tots are the closest.....no hot food.

Fries and tater tots are both potatoes. They are both fried but so are fish sticks so that's not it. Fries are long and skinny (like hot dogs except skinnier) but tater tots are small barrels.

Potato-y-ness is the only similarity I see.
