One day i will score a UFS, maybe i should sell my house and pay Imeo 200k to make me one lol... This is crazy i want one of these so bad but anytime i find a used one people want 250$ + for one, after buying the AFS V3 SS GGTS and GGTB theres no way my wife is going for it right now... This is killing me.

I hear ya tpavur. I paid $400 for my used GGTS & UFS and at the time I was on the COV notify list for the SS GGTS. But I wanted the UFS so I paid the $400 thinking I'd sell the GGTS to recoup some of my money once the SS GGTS came in. Now I've got the GGTS/UFS combo plus the SS GGTS and I ain't selling either of them. Plus I've got a GGTB waiting on the Iatty to go on top of it, haha. But it's all relative. I was spending close to $100 a week on analogs. Prior to getting the GG products I had bought a Provari with all the accessories for $200+, a Darwin for $200+. a Mini Reo for $135 and countless Egos & Rivas. Now I don't need any of them and never would have bought them if I'd found the GG's first. They're all collecting dust now because they don't even compare to the GG's. Go GG and never go back, haha. If I had to give up the GG's there's a good chance I'd probably go back to analogs. All in all the first $400 I spent for the used GGTS/UFS was the best $400 I've ever spent and I have no regrets. BTW, all I told my wife was that I was saving a lot of money in the long run, haha.

Vintage,
I've posted a link below that helped me a lot. There was a definite learning curve for me with the UFS and I got pretty frustrated at first. Mine kept dumping the juice into the collector tank and leaking out and juice running down the shaft. Don't give up though. Now that I've figured it out and got it dialed in I vape nothing else. In my opinion it doesn't get any better than the GGTS/UFS combo and all my other PV's are just collecting dust. Keys for me in my learning curve were: 1) use good atty's, cheap ones don't seal properly, 2) close juice feed and air completely when filling tank, 3) make very small adjustments to juice feed and air and loosen top cap a bit when making adjustments (I only adjust juice feed about 1/8 turn when making adjustment).

Thank you so much for the guide, I will want to get it one day and be on your side and will definitely share the accomplishment when I master it.

Thanks :D

What a learning curve! I'm still not where I wanna be but I'm getting there I think. Problem is whenever I'm vaping good with the UFS the draw is always tight. I'm used to using cartos and the draw on those is perfect. I've realized that it has little to do with the CR and more to do with the juice control. The more I open the liquid control ring the easier the draw becomes but then...you guessed it - flooded atty. In fact the best performance I ever get is those few drags where the liquid control is totally closed before I get burnt taste - but the draw is miserably tight no matter how much I open the air control ring.

Any advice? It would be so so appreciated so I can finally enjoy this device.

Thank you zor I am familiar with those holes and I took a pin to clear them all out before i filled up. Of course I can't check these now bec the tank is full. Maybe I'll just dump this tank and check the holes again. Its tough to understand the relationship that the CR has to the juice control. Lets say I start with the liquid closed and the CR half way open - vapor it plentyful until the atty runs dry. Then I give 1/8th of a turn and we're good with liquid but draw is still hard...

Hey captain - Would doing this send the juice right into the collector tank?

To clear a flooded atty, close the juice control and blow gently through the mouthpiece. You have to experiment to find the setting that will work with your atty. Make note of once found so you can start at that setting next time.

Yes. Just the juice flooding the atty. If you blow hard instead of gently, you can force the juice out of the holes in the CT. Or, you can do like Imeo mentioned and blow through the holes in the CT and force the juice out of the mouthpiece. With cartos, blowing doesn't work as well. The best way to clear a flooded carto is to turn the PV upside down for a couple of minutes and stick a q-tip in the carto to soak up the extra juice. Two or three q-tips will soak up all the extra and then you are good to go! :vapor:
