guys my "batting" average sux!!

Im having a issue with batting guys!! Ive looked alot on this forum for different batting i could use that would be the best to wick my juice to Sir Atty.

I started off using the factory poly that came in my empty carts, not bad!! Buuuut being who i am i need to bend,fold,spindle and mutilate things to make them better lol

I figured i could try some diff. things u guys have used and use them in my carts that came with no batting at all !!

1st i tried the teabag..

1st couple of hits didnt seem to bad, but after that it seemed like it just turned into a clump inside the atty (i dint stuff them in)
Think of it if you poured abucket of water over a roll of paper towels, it seemed like the layers indivdually are porous but when u layer them it doesnt breath soaked in liquid, therefor no wicking for me.

2nd i tried poly fil from Wally world ( 100% poly)
seemed really hairy and not really spongy. i think it gave me a headache, so i then got all freaked out i was Vapin little plastic hairs aaand on the package it said it was resin treated fire ......ed. figured if i kept Vapin this i would become ......ed myself so i dropped that method !!

3rd I cant find Fluval... I went to the petstore and the dude in the store told me "fluval" was a type of filter, not fabric but the plastic unit itself!! I stormed outta there and now im back to square one with he factory poly that came in my empty carts!!

i wouldnt mind soo much but the problem is i like a variety of diff juices, so ive got at any given time 4-6 diff. carts with diff. flavs in them incase im feelin randy and wanna switch up!!

this wouldnt be an issue if i stuck to one flavor i suppose lol Any suggestions would be great !! ~Capn~

Try cartomizers, I don't mess with fillers anymore.

When I think back to all the crazy things I tried to get a decent hit off a cart I have to laugh.

Now it's all about which cartomizer to use.

I've had good results with the auto drip mod. Can't link it, but google auto drip mod and it will link back to these forums.

well I use cartomizers too, when I am out. At home I drip.
If you need to use a cart, try this simple mod, it does work well for me
Take a q tip, ear bud, ear cleaner, whatever you call it. Cut the plastic center
tube out and cut one end of it at an angle. Stick it in the cart and then cut it off
slightly below the end of the cart.
This is called the straw mod. What it does is prevent the cart liquid from locking itself in the cart and not dispensing, by equalizing the air flow. you dont fill the tube with juice , just the cart filler.
It actually does work. I use it with compressed fluval but the regular filling will probably work too.
Worth a shot if you happen to have some q tips at home.
Or just go to dripping. Easy and less messy.
