My husband was having trouble with his new Vision regular last night. It's about a week old and it started getting the muted flavor, gunked all to heck and back, so on and so forth. You know, the usual. It turned every juice that went into it black, even if the juice was light. Now, I know that this happens sometimes and it's no big deal, but this was consistent. He cleaned it, dry burned it and tried using it again but it was still making the juice black and you just couldn't taste it.
Naturally, I took over. Looking at it, the wicks still weren't completely cleaned out. It had snickerdoodle in it at one point, for what it's worth. I know that's a dark juice and it can get things really dirty. I soaked it overnight and finished cleaning it this morning. The wicks look mostly clean and I've determined that he's managed to burn them a bit at the top which is why I can't get that part white again. Come to find out, he's been burning in bursts of 5 seconds even after the coils start to glow
Now he knows better, but I'm the vaping "expert" in this house.
Blah blah blah. Sorry, I talk too much. Well, I went to dry burn it and figured it wouldn't need much. It didn't, the coil (singular) started glowing right away. I kept on in little bursts but no other coils started to glow. Just one in the center.
What's going on here? Can just a few of the wires go out (I don't know what the technical term is) and only one be functional? Is this thing ruined? Should I put him in vaping school? I can totally rock the school teacher look
