Halifax (HRM) Vape Meet #9 September 2012

Hey all

I think its about time for another meet, I was thinking either the weekend of the 21st or 28th so just let me know what you guys think!

and I'm down for having it here again or if anyone wants to have it at there place or a pub/restaurant then shout out your ideas here!

How popular are these meets? I didn't know there were any meets in the HRM!

they are pretty popular! We have them every month and there is always about 8-12 people here. we have always had them in eastern passage but were thinking about having some in Halifax soon.

Oh did you ever get that Peanut Butter flavouring and how is it? Think it will fix the peanut butter cup juice?

Oh if you make it the 28th I found a pint and 3/4 of some dark rum muuuuhhhhaaaaahhhh Captain and Sailor Jerry I believe!!


Also do you have Strawberry e-liquid and flavouring and banana juice and flavouring.

Christies Also bavarian cream flavouring I'm thinking of making some strawberry banana cream juice. Oh damn Nic as well!! LOL Either way I'm buying some .... ooops poop from ya!!


One more thing if you have some 1000mah ego twist SS or Black maybe we can trade some stuff as heading to Vegas on Oct 8th needs something smaller to carry on me as gave all 4 of my twists away!!

Another thing I guess for someone else if you have some ViVi novas 2.5 or V 3.0 a friend is looking to buy some more so will buy 2 of those if you have them or can get them in 3.0 would be preferred!!

I'm in for the 28th (and to save you all from searching for a calendar, it's a FRIDAY)....although I'll have to check with my chauffeur service to see if I can get a ride, lol (the driver was a bit ornery last time so we'll see....lmao).


aahangie, I would definitely recommend that you attend the vape meet - it's relaxed, informal, you'll have plenty of veteran vapers right there to answer any of your questions, you'll get to see different gear up close and personal, AND even try other's juices. We're a pretty friendly bunch and easy to get along with (well...most of us, anyway....*cough* *cough* barqs *cough**cough*).

And on a more serious note, I am quite concerned about one of our fellow vaper's incessant need to continue to add his mod-whoring collection (at an increasingly alarming rate, I might add). I truly believe that an invention at this meet is in order - his rationality may be hanging in the balance, folks. Your emotional support during what may become a traumatic intervention will be greatly appreciated.

Alright everyone so it looks like it will be the 28th at oooo lets say 5pm. The grill will be open if anyone wants to bring some meat, and I will be drunk like always so bring some booze if you like.

There will be some give aways from our favourite vendors! I just got in some of Flavourcrafters new juice line such as root beer and mountain dew, as well as many other awesome new flavours that there working on. so I suppose I could bring myself to give away 4 or 5 10ml bottles after everyone gets a chance to taste them all.


And for any newbies just PM me for the address !


Like I said I am always willing to have it here but I know people would like to get out in the public a little more now and then so start asking around to your local pubs/restaurants and if anyone wants to have it at there home or pub of choice then post it here or pm me and we can work out all the details!

and tom I'm always up for a good trade so a PM is on its way!

Poor bugger sounds like he suffering RBA depression with possible agitation, which results in defective taste bud syndrome where no juice taste right no matter what he uses but feels the need to keep plugging away regardless of cost. Cactus Girl u give me the name of this poor ....... and I will join you in helping him! lol

Also I'm thinking what do you guys think about going out for wings this Thurs at Ship Victory and could plead our case with them. Who is in it with me say about 7pm?

This in no way replaces Newfs meet just get a group together at a potential venue to c if they would be receptive to the idea??

My back has been shot for years, its no fun and very restrictive!! Hence why you got me that day! Alternating between osteopath (why im in Passage every second Thurs) and massage (reason I'm where you saw me every second Tues)

kinda pricey dude but order some #500 SS mesh and AWG 28,30 and 32 Kanthal A-1 (100ft each actually one is 50ft )see if that helps if I have no luck then I still have a brand new Cobra not even out the box you might be interested in!! I get rid of the other 2 and try get my hands on a Penelope or Ody iAtty 2!!

yeah you should come out to one aahangie as you get to see some interesting gear and pick up some pointers from some vets there! I have been vaping for over a year now and still pick up some good ideas from the great folks at the meet. Friendly group of people and most don't bite! LOL

I only wish I started going sooner as it could have saved me a bunch of money.... hmmmm or would it have? What do you think cactusgirl? Oh did I mention another ProV coming got a mini!! Yes its true I do need help.... getting rid of some gear to buy new ones!! LOL

I'm sorry I haven't been around much, guys, it's sheer luck that I didn't miss the meet this month just by checking in today. I should be able to make it but Norman's at a new job and works in the evening through the week so he won't be able to come

Anyway, if someone could PM me a little closer to Friday I would REALLY appreciate it. I can't seem to remember anything lately, too much on the head.
