Just wanted to come here and share that as of yesterday, my husband and I are one year off the stinkies! I have helped several people get off analogs to vaping and can attribute most of that with the knowledge I gained in this forum! Thank you ECF. You are a great source of information and support!
vaping has changed my life. After 30 years of smoking cigarettes, trying to quit with meds, cold turkey and such, I can say this is the longest successful quit I have had. I feel great and hubby does too! Started at 24 for a week, down to 18 for a month, then to twelve for awhile, now some days 6-8. Love all the different flavors and the health benefits of vaping. Teeth/breath are cleaner, hair/clothes/car no longer smell and I can walk without feeling winded! Vaping life is good
