the following reviews are based on liquid i recieved as part of the halo christmas giveaway by cinder ella.
because of this i must allow people to acknowledge that i did not pay for these liquids , but as you will find out , this would not alter my opinion as i definately intend to purchase in future. each juice will be measured using a 1-10 scale . these are based on my personal tastes.
i vaped the juice on a saber varivolt and both a kanger t3 and a vivi nova.
juice number 1 - belgian cocoa
this was one of 2,7ml sample bottles that arrived ( a very nice suprise i must add as it was not part of my prize)
the first thing i notices about this juice was the smell, as soon as you life the cap you are hit with a truely glorious fragrance. really dark rich cocoa
although it smelled great i am not a huge fan of high cocoa chocolate and so i chose to use this juice first.
i was suprised to find out that actually , it made for a really good vape . its dark rich and has that bitterness of cocoa , it was a bit too rich for me and found at higher voltages it was too strong , but on a low voltage it mellowed and made for a really enjoyable vape . if you like strong chocolate , you will love this. it was the bitterness that impressed me the most as it replicates the real thing so well. this is what i would call an after dinner vape , i wouldnt use it all day but the strength of the flavour compliments an evening meal much like a nice glass of wine .

bit too intense for my own personal taste as it replicated a real product which i dont personally like. i must stress however that this replication of the real product must be commended as it is supremely impressive.
juice number 2- tribeca
the second 7ml bottle
this is advertised as a smooth tobacco with sweet overlays. quite frankly i dont think this description sells this juice.
this unlike the cocoa is definately an all day vape. its subtle light and enjoyable. the tobacco taste is reminiscent of a marlborough lite. but what seperates this juice from others is the cinder toffee taste. if you have ever had a "crunchie" you will understand what i mean , if not i sugest you try one. superb chocolate bars. i ended up vaping the entire bottle in just over 1day , you couldnt get this bottle away from me. the fact i wasnt expecting it , and so had to check on site to see what it actually was, added to the intrigue and boy i was not disapointed. if it was legal to smoke cigerettes inside willy wonkas factory , this would have been invented by him. fortunately however halo managed to make it themselves and so its available to us all.
another thing i must mention is the smell of the vapour, my wife doesnt smoke or vape and usually finds that the smell of certain juices isnt very pleasant but my nose cant smell it. she actually commented on how nice the vapor smelled while i vaped this. and shes right it is good. i even suggested she bought me some of this instead of airfreshner , but she wasnt buying it haha.

superb taste and smell , i only had 2 gripes about this liquid., 1 the bottle wasnt big enough. i need more! and 2. i would possibly try one suggestion to improve this juice , either enhance the tobacco element a bit , as after a few draws it is swallowed up by the toffee. imo not a bad thing at all as i enjoyed the toffee taste so much. this uice suited my tastes perfectly and it is something i could happily vape on all day without loss of flavour.
juice number 3 - Tiki juice
this is the juice i chose personally for my prize based the opinion of others.
this was my personal favourite , closely followed by tribeca. now this juice packs a punch , hell it packs 10 of them. so many flavours come through all at once and then seperate into a beautiful after taste. once exhaled the taste develops on the pallet into something thats simply remarkable , how they have achieved this combination i have no idea. but boy would i like to know!
essencially it is a spiced tobacco. but in truth its far more than that. the tobacco is far more pronounced that in tribeca and the taste of cinnamons compliments this wonderfully. on first vape you are also hit with menthol , not your standard throat burning menthol however. its warm and fresh. then after a couple of seconds this menthol dies away and your hit with fruity notes that i really couldnt put my finger on . but it works, it works very well.
i had a 30ml bottle and i had to resort to rationing , for this i used an iclear because it only held 1.6mls. this meant i could make it last as long as i could because frankly i didnt want this juice to end. i dont have a strong sense of smell , but i could really smell the vapour on this juice ( this juice creates clouds, serious vape) my wife commented that it smelled like winter candles. apple and cinnamon filling the room. ( weve actually bought some candles for the house that replicate this smell because of this juice. a happy wife means a happy vaper)
one thing i must say , and my only real gripe with this juice , probably my own fault but nonetheless , when reaching the end of the bottle the menthol taste did become quite overpowering and did drown on other flavours. i wouldnt definately advise shaking the bottle regularly to prevent this.
as a result i give this juice a 9.5/10 , if the menthol wasnt so prevelent in the later stages of the bottle it would most definately be a 10. ive tried plenty of juices in my few months of vaping and this has to be the best by far. its complexity its warmth and throat hit are perfect. i would reduce the amounth of menthol but only by a little bit , because even that is unique , its not like any menthol ive tried before , its sweet not sharp.
overall i was massively impressed with halo juice , even the belgian cocoa which is not to my taste was an enjoyable vape . the tribeca and especially tiki juice will definately be added to a daily rotation .
i must also add that other factors to did add to this complete package,
1. the bottles are gorgeous , they really make the juice stand out in striking blue glass bottles.
2. even though this was a free giveaway i offered to pay for shipping as i am internationally based, not only did cinder refuse this , but also added 2 extra bottles. and the delivery was very efficient. this quality of customer service is something you would be happy to accept on a paid order, but on a free order was really something that stood out for me.
these three juices have made me not only confident in ordering once agaon from halo. but actually excited to try other flavours in there range.
i would highly advise halo to anyone and i look forward to trying more from their range of 22 flavours .
