Halo Freedom Juice

Got my 30ml Freedom, 10ml Cool, and 5ml Smooth8 (freebee?). I must say that I am enjoying all three flavors a lot. I don't know why I got an extra 5ml of smooth8, but thanks Halo!

When I first tried the freedom, I was so taken a back by how "authentic" the taste was. It just tasted "real", not like an imitation. That is not to say it tasted like a cigarette. At first it tasted like pipe tobacco. Over the last two days, I am beginning to taste a cedar/smokey/tobacco taste; and I'm enjoying the halo juice even more now.

The Smooth8 tastes extremely similar to the Freedom juice, just tamer. I think I enjoy it a tad more, and may have to go with a 30ml of Smooth8 on the next order (definitely will be ordering again from Halo). I've also been vaping the Cool a lot. While it doesn't taste like an analog menthol cigarette, it is quite nice. It has that same base taste that Freedom & Smooth have, with an added mint to it.

I think I remember someone making the comparison to JohnsonCreek in regards to Halo (I may be mistaken, so many threads on ECF). If so, I'd like to say that I completely disagree. After tasting 3 different flavors from Halo, they all do have an underlying "foundation" taste, as does JC, but it is a much cleaner, smooth taste/vape. JC had this thick, musty taste in their foundation taste. I found it quite repulsive to be honest. I just wouldn't want someone who disliked JC to think they would dislike Halo, because they taste nothing alike.

As everyone else has said, the vapor production is great! Lots and lots of yummy vapor.

I don't know if Halo can replace my everyday vape, but it definitely has the best chance out of any of the other vendors/flavors I've tried.

Quick comparison

Johnson Creek - Low Vapor Production with Great throat hit and bad consistency, carts don't last long with JC.

Halo - High Vapor Production, Great throat hit(never too hard or too little) good consistency, liquid is thicker, more fits in the cart therefore cart lasts longer.

I just got an order of Freedom and Harley58 from Halo and I really like them both. The flavors are different than any other juice I've tried, and to be honest, I wasn't sure I liked them on the first vape, but the more I vape the more I like them.

My other regular vapes are Johnson Creek Original and Tennessee Cured. I still really like them, as well (I enjoy the vaguely hazelnut taste of the Original a LOT), but the Halo has a better throat hit, which is a big factor in my enjoyment of vaping.

The one thing that I am not experiencing with Halo juices is the clouds of vapor everyone is gushing about. The JC juices produced more vapor in my RN4081 and L88b. But like I said, the Halo throat hit is what sells me on these excellent juices overall.

I'm a die-hard Halo girl I love my Halo Menthols - and for a menthol-head, I even love the Freedom.

Where did you find this info Remie?! I'm getting all giddy and filled with fuzzy feelings thinking about the possibilities. I haven't tasted a bad Halo juice. I just haven't tried Cool or Menthol Ice.... yet.

Oosp, my mistake then. I look through the forum like crazy, but I only have the internet at work and work takes #1 priority, so I miss topics, i guess. I hope that someone finds out soon. I'm not low on Halo yet. At least I ordered 60ml.

I heard it a email I got from them. I mentioned that they had cost me a lot of money because I can no longer vape my favorite coffee and fruity juices and they sent back they were coming out with more flavors.


I have tried all the below, they are listed in order of my love for them

Bellla (reordered second bottle already)
Harley (will reorder)
Smooth (got a sample and will be ordering a bottle)
Freedom (half way through first bottle, but will not reorder, it is good but the others are better in my opinion)
Cool (on the bottom because I am not a mentol lover, but it is good and I will use it all)

Both are a very unique vaping experiences. So far I have tried a bunch of flavors from Nobacco (V4L) and Dekang focusing more on tobacco. I have also tried Totally Wicked Marlboro (very good) and Mentol. I have been searching for a smooth tobacco flavor. I use use 11-24 mg. Kamel from Nobacco and Dekang are the best throat hit, smokey/peppery flavor but harsh and lacks complexity. The 555 is smooth but not smokey enough to simulate an analog and I have to up the nicotine to get throat hit. I have tried mixing together and I like it allot.

Now getting back to the Halo Freedom and Harley. Tons of vapor, great throat hit, thick juicy flavor. However both are too heavy full flavored, too perfumy and not enough smokey burning-like flavor for me. I like the Harley better since it is less perfumy (the freedom reminds me of french pipe which I do not like). But I still like them allot especially the Harley.

So i mixed Harley with Kamel and or Parliament. I LOVE IT! Great vapor thanks to the Harley, is this VG?), great throat hit, the most analog and smooth (marlboro lights like) experience I have had so far. I think my search is over, at least temporarily. I don't think I will be purchasing Freedom again but I will definitely be purchasing the Harley. I will also be trying other Halo flavors.

Also, keep in mind that I have had the jHalo juice for about 24hours. I have heard that the Halo flavors do change at least initially and tone down a bit or at least this is the case with the clove flavor in the smooth 8. So I am hopping that the perfumy tone will tone down.
