Halo G2 versus Volt PCC's - Are they compatable?

Hi all, Ordered my Volt start kit but was warned by sales that the PCC had bugs and I should wait. I like the Halo G2 PCC better anyhow and I need the charging case for travel. All specs seem to be the same. Can't get an answer from either company. Anyone try this yet?
