My Halo order consisting of 1 900mah Triton battery, Triton tank, 5-pack of low resistance cartomizers, and 30ml bottle of Tribeca (which was free on my Halo Reward points) was delivered today...just not to me. My stellar USPS postwoman once again delivered someone else's package to me (which I promptly gave to the apt. management office, so at least she won't be screwed), but which box they put my order in? Nobody knows. Hope at least whoever got it enjoys it as much as I would have. Can't afford fed-ex shipping, and I sure can't afford giving away shipments, so...I may have to cut short my vaping career. :( BTW, not at all blaming Halo, this isn't the first time stuff has been mis-delivered. I had hoped that they had straightened it out since the last postal fiasco that cost me $175...but apparently not so much.

Wow...that's scary. Do you think is Halo guilt or USPS? I live outside USA and haven't had any problems at the moment with my shipments.

Nah, strictly USPS, not blaming Halo at all. This is at least the third incident since Feb. The first two times, important bills were returned to the sender as "undeliverable" despite the address and box clearly being marked correctly. In Feb, I woke up to find my car booted by the city, because a minor close-out property tax on an old car that I traded in was returned to the tax office as "Undeliverable". Didn't know that I was due a bill on that, so it sat until they booted my new car (Not to be kind to the tax office, they KNEW I lived there, but never notified me that they had a bill that was undelivered...cost me $175 just for the boot charges over a $40 tax bill that I simply did not know about). I filed complaints previously with the USPS, and it appeared they fixed things...silly me!

That's pretty awful. Hopefully it will turn up. There still are honest people. Have you ever considered getting a PO Box? I finally got one after getting my neighbors' mail and them stopping by to give me my mail that was delivered to their house. Not only do I generally get mail one day before it would arrive at my house, I've never not gotten mail or a package sent to the PO Box.

Thanks Steve, but no, even if it was practical, and for my location not so much, I'll be damned if I pay the USPS reward money for losing my packages in the first place by renting a PO box on top of it, and then having to drive to the post office just to get stuff that should have been delivered to my residence. Not being stubborn, but that just doesn't sit right, you know?

I know that the carriers see a ton of addresses every day, and they all start to blend after a while. If these guys/ladies were minimum wage people who don't care about anything, I'd give them so leeway. But come on; do you know how much money some of them make? My mailman was complaining about all the overtime he had to work (this was around Christmas). He was making $61.50 per hour on overtime! For that much money, which most of it is taxpayer money btw, they shouldn't be allowed to make a single mistake.

Yeah JR, not to wax negative but after all...the package said Box 48...my box is clearly marked 48...and you are right, these aren't minimum wage type folks. Mail delivery is important, and this has been a recurring issue with this postwoman. Putting the mail in the right box may not be a thrilling part of the job, but it is what they are paid to do properly. If you can't get that right, you should be in a different occupation.

If this has been an ongoing issue you should think about filing a complaint with the post office.

Oh but I have, and more than once! Fact of the matter is that they simply do not care. This carrier has been the scourge of the neighborhood for some time now. I bet she has a wall dedicated to tacking up the complaints...giver her something to chuckle over...
